I am creating this review because of problems we are having with a Master-Bilt commercial freezer…read moreand refrigerator that we purchased through Kesco. We purchased the units in Dec 2014 with a down payment because we were building a new house. We paid for the products in June 2015. The units were delivered in Aug 2015 and started in September 2015. While Kesco was good about storing the units until our house was finished, Kesco started the warranty in December 2014 rather than when the units were delivered and started. Keep in mind the units are running since September 2015. In early spring of 2017 the compressor on the refrigerator quit working (running for less than 2 years). This was covered under warranty. In October 2017, the freezer stopped working - (running 2 years and 1 month). First, a relay switch was repaired after a 2 week delivery delay - NOT under warranty. That was not the actual issue - now we waiting for another part - also NOT under warranty. These products are on their own circuits and operating in ideal conditions - unfortunately both products have stopped working in at or under 2 years. BE CAREFUL what you buy from Kesco - especially if it is a Master-Bilt Product.

As well as the lies told to me (The Representative for the FL division of this business) over the phone. They will tell customers what they want to hear- but keep their money. AND Mr. Gooden still has his website up and running when he filed to dissolve the company due to financial difficulties, debt issues, inability to continue to pay vendors for equipment etc. As the owner of the business he KNEW how bad they were financially and he should have stopped taking orders instead of continuing to take orders and steal money. If you have placed an order with them via Top Restaurant Supplies since the end of January and have not received your items, I would highly suggest filing a police report so that both Mr. Gooden, and Ms. Higgins can be held accountable for their crimes of theft, especially when the items they are selling are in the thousands of dollars price range. Otherwise he will just open and business under a new name like he has done previously and do this to more unsuspecting victims. You can't lie and scheme to people that have been in the industry as well as owning a company for 39 years- because you will get caught and you will get called out everywhere!
