Because I was already getting the screen replaced if I was interested in the battery too and if I was I could get a discount. I did both and was very happy. My baby was fixed. Update to today, my battery and screen are being less than favorable. However after speaking with the same guy and his manager I was able to get my warranty screen replacement and the battery again. Yesterday, my phone broke unexpectedly while at work. I live about an hour away from this store and…read moreI was able to make it just in time after I got off my shift. I was stressed out already because I did not have my phone all day and I run multiple business through my phone and personal accounts. I am also a full time student that needs to be able to contact and connect to my school account. I showed up to the store and waited about 10 minutes while the employees were helping other customer. Immediately off the bat I was comfortable with Matt. He went above and beyond to help me with everything and work with my needs. I was able to get a brand new phone and set everything up with ease from him helping. I have been with AT&T for over eight years now, and I have never had a good experience at a store until yesterday. Matt was an incredible employee that helped me out and changed my view on AT&T. I will now only be going to this location for anything related to technology.
