Customer service was very helpful with my problem! While they couldn't fix my IPhone SE (Mainly because Apple made it to where the entire phone would break if you so much as change the home button.) they still took the time to explain why it wouldn't work in a simple way, suggested good replacements for quality and price, cleaned out the charging port, and even gave me some suggestions to fix my PC, all with no charge! Needles to say the staff was super friendly and I will definitely consider going there again if I have a Computer problem I can't fix. read more

I'm very thankful they were able to fix the front screen. HOWEVER, My back camera is still broken because they did not have the parts to fix it and they DO NOT use apple quality products. *** Beware *** please take my advice. Take your business somewhere else because they don't deserve it... I purchased a new screen for my iPhone 7 and the next day it glitched out. With no signs of damage whatsoever to the phone they denied my request to replace it and told me it was dropped. They spoke about a warranty when I inquired about their service but of course they came up with an excuse to not for fill their promise. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They claim they put on legit apple screens but they do not. It's a cheap plastic screen and only a day after getting it "fixed" these weird lines started popping up on my screen. I went back to hopefully get it fixed and they said that i have damaged the screen, it wasn't there fault. So no money back and no offer to even try to fix it. These people are scammers. read more

I purchased a brand new iPhone X screen and it lasted less than a month , they use cheap screens from Taiwan but claim they used a apple screen . They gave me the choice to use a cheaper screen or higher end screen and i chose higher end and when i took it to my new phone repair company , they said it says Taiwan inside and it was the cheapest part out on the market . The lcd broke easily , the screen gets scratched very easily and the lcd wasn't working properly at first til they have the fix it. Do not use these people.!! read more

My wife cracked her i phone xr screen and needed it repaired. The phone worked great just had a crack in the lid. She decided to go to fast lane because it was convenient to work, BIG mistake. They replaced the lid and everything seemed fine for about 2 hrs. The screen had big streaks and randomly wouldn't respond. So I called and explained what was going on to the customer service rep. Who seemed bothered I even called. She got frustrated and handed the phone off to a guy who said he was the tech. The guy was equally as unexciting to assist me. He stated they would have to charge us again if we dropped the phone and was really rude trying to say we must have damaged the device. Long story short, they agreed to replace the screen again only for it to do the exact same thing with in a day. Very poor customer service and no concern for their customers. Great service. Had trouble with my iPhone 6 not booting up. Spent 3 hours on the phone with Apple support then went to Best Buy geek squad, both did not help. Brandon at Fastlane Computers fixed my phone in about 15 minutes and was super friendly. If you have trouble with your phone, I would definitely recommend taking it to them first. read more

THEEE WORST EVER. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!!!Customer service=horrible. Was told 2-3 day turn around for iPad called on day 3 not ready, called on day 5 not ready, went to the store on day 8 to check and apparently iPad was broken during the repair by them. Tech said he was working the issue but I didn't get any update the two times I called saying it was damaged. Dropped off a MacBook the same time as iPad and suddenly when I requested to just have my items returned to me the tech gives me a diagnostic on the macbook Which 100% assures me he lied to my face and didn't even look at the device cause In a normal world a phone call would have been made to the customer stating the issue and how they would like to proceed. Dropped off a working computer to be looked at and got back a computer that would not power on, which was put back together improperly. They did not contact me for two months, therein I had to contact them. After calling them I was able to drop off a hard drive to have my data transferred over. Was told it was going to take a day and was contacted weeks later when I was out on a business trip. I told them I was not in town and would have to pick it up later. By the Time I got back into town to pick up my computer and external hard drive they said the computer was not back together and would take an hour to put it back. When asking if it would still power on they said it never did when I dropped it off. Extremely poor customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I purchased a brand new DELL computer from this store. I took it home and plugged it in and it did not work. I also purchased the extended warranty. When I took it back to the store (a week later) they said they were unable to service it because they did not know what I did to it. I did not do anything to the computer except purchase it and take it home and plug it in. Obviously it was a defective computer and FASTLANE did not support their product. The salesmen (all three of them) were very rude and refused to honor the warranty or fix the computer. I contacted DELL and they are supporting the computer repair 100%, and providing a 4 year warranty. Go DELL. I would only purchase another DELL computer from DELL. I would not ever waste my time with this business ever again. What a waste of time and money. read more

Terrible customer service. I went to pick up my husbands iPad and the employee that helped me was on the phone with what seemed like his girlfriend, then preceded to switch to a phone conversation with his mother, while saying no more than 3 or 4 words to me the WHOLE time. He was on his personal cell phone the entire time he was helping me. On top of the very crappy customer interaction, they screwed up the iPad. We took it in with a cracked screen. When my husband returned home from a work trip, he discovered the screen had not been applied all the way, and now it doesn't sense when you touch certain parts of the screen. It also starts doing things on its own every 5-10 minutes, even when it's not being used. We will not only NEVER use this business again, but will not refer anyone to use them. It would have been more worth it to send it to Apple, or to have bought a new one. read more

They DID NOT help me at all. I gave my HTC one X to them to fix my cracked screen,they fixed it,but they made my lights show out of the bottom of the phone,so I gave it back to them.When they gave it back to me A WEEK LATER, it was in WORSE CONDITION!!!They didn't fix the lights,made my screen not sturdy, and practically crushed the side of my pho to the point where I can see my screen from the side of my phone.They didn't even give me a refund!!
