Nothing ever signed for , No equipment issued ,etc. Then the Owner group Caleb has not responded to any of my queries . Its really criminal fraud .

The salesman told me there was nothing he could do. It was defective and now is worthless since it can't be tightened. A waste of money. Won't go back since they wouldn't rectify it with an exchange, refund or replace the small adjustable connector piece. Addendum: I called the manufacturer and she was nice enough to tell me she'd send me the adjustable piece; that it is known to come off and I should knot the end to keep it on.
