Very timely response which I appreciated cause my husband not having a phone has been a really annoying experience! When my husband did go in he talked it over with him about the cost which was very reasonable all things considered. He let him know it was a temporary fix and we'd most likely gotten the most life we could out of the phone he didn't push the repair even though it cost him business. Suggested it was probably better to get a new phone instead of doing the fix cause who knew how long it would last. It was expressed to us by the company we utilized for unloading that the piano had not been packed properly which we also confirmed with a piano repair shop. I have waited to write a review with hopes that Mike would work with us to come to a solution. That is not the case and I am here to at least help other consumers. Affordable Movers is not a company I would trust nor recommend to anyone due to how I was treated during discussions as well as the lack of accountability.
