After spending $340 the first time for a subcontractor tech to fix the issues and then another $127 to come back to fix the same issues ...still had the problems. Now some items were taken care of, but a majority were not. When I called All-Tech back, they said the subcontractor is no longer working for them and they would not send someone out at no cost. They would contact me if they reached him. Needless to say, never heard back from them. This is just an FYI --- I don't like writing negative reviews, but almost $500???
