Panhandle PC gives a diagnosis of your computer or laptop free of charge. Within days of bringing in my 2015 Dell laptop I received a call back to inform the sad news, my motherboard was fried. The motherboard for the computer is akin to a spine in a human. My tech savvy brother told me to get a new laptop altogether, until he heard the affordable cost Panhandle PC quoted me to repair and replace the motherboard. My laptop suddenly died and rather than going and buying a new one I thought I'd try to save my current one. The guy got back to me really quickly with a free estimate which was great. Even though I thought he was a bit high on price I decided I'd go ahead and let him fix it for the sake of convenience and he seemed professional. I picked it up about a week later. As I am carrying it into my house a part of my laptop falls off and smashes into my tile floor.... I call them up, they say this is a simple fix bring it back. So I say, okay mistakes happen... A couple hours later I am going to watch a video...only to find out my speakers no longer work either! At this point after spending the amount of money that I had I was quite disappointed. Called them up, told them I was unimpressed and that I expected them to fix this. The manager responded to this by saying "The speakers are probably a separate problem." Really? Because they worked just fine before I dropped it off for repair. The manager ended up saying to drop it off and he would repair it to standard and give me some money off my bill. I dropped it off and he got it back to me the next day. When I picked it up he said that the speakers were a fault of his and that they weren't plugged in. Got it home and even after this second time having been serviced, and then supposedly re-serviced, I still found loose screws on the bottom were he had half-lazily put it back together. I'm not impressed and wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

I just could not possibly be more satisfied with the service I've experienced in dealing with Panhandle PC. They have excellent rates, their turnaround time is way better than places I comparison shopped, and they make sure they give you back a product you'll be satisfied with. I have been a customer of Panhandle PC since the business opened. Kyle has always been very honorable in our dealings. In many cases he recommended a direction that would cost him sales but he felt was the right way to go. Six years ago he recommended that I purchase an ASUS computer. It was a great purchase. Finally the hard drive quit last week. Kyle recommended replacing the hard drive rather than buying a new computer noting that I would have a very good computer going in this direction. My computer suddenly gave me an error message that I had a hard drive failure. Panhandle PC came highly recommended by the IT guys that I work with. They were honest, knowledgeable and made a recommendation to install a smaller solid state hard drive based on my needs. They were able to recover 90% of my data for which I was so grateful. I was able to continue working on settling an estate matter for a family member without having to reconstruct all of the data. I will ALWAYS take my computers, laptop, cell phones etc. to Panhandle PC when I have a need. I took my laptop to Panhandle PC on Thomasville Rd and was thrilled with the service that I received. I first attempted to fix the problem with my laptop, only to conclude that I would have to pay near $150 to have it fix. I was guessing at the cost. I dropped the computer off with Kyle, and later that day he called me to say it was fixed. The next day I picked up the laptop. Kyle explained that it was a Windows 10 update issue and was not a big deal. He finished by saying, that he was not charging me. Wow! He asked to keep him in mind when another issue might arise. He asked it I would write a review. Now, I am not a person to do this, however, I was overwhelmed with the response time, the professionalism, and the no cost.
