We were at the end of a long and busy day and this was a crisis scenario. We contacted the only place that was still open and they were getting ready to close. Connor was a literal lifeline! I don't fault them for that, and I appreciate the excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. There was one mishap where they were supposed to have texted me or called to let me know when my laptop was ready instead of emailed, but it's not a big deal. I appreciate it also that the staff were still being safe and wearing masks, plus there were other protocols in place including protective barriers. From the little bit of interaction I had, they appear to be savvy, professional, and compassionate. I definitely recommend them and will return if I need their services.

After spending $340 the first time for a subcontractor tech to fix the issues and then another $127 to come back to fix the same issues ...still had the problems. Now some items were taken care of, but a majority were not. When I called All-Tech back, they said the subcontractor is no longer working for them and they would not send someone out at no cost. They would contact me if they reached him. Needless to say, never heard back from them. This is just an FYI --- I don't like writing negative reviews, but almost $500??? Come on All-Tech, not professional.
