I always keep it in a case with a screen protector, but coming out of my SUV in the dark going to a work out at The Bluffs, the phone slipped out of my purse and fell on a corner from pretty high up. I noticed a green line. I thought I was screwed because I'm temporarily living in Pensacola, FL renovating homes and there is no Apple store here! So, I checked Yelp and found this place. I need my phone to make money so I didn't hesitate to pay the fee to get it fixed. Not only did they fix the phone in one hour back to the way it was but they were also able to apply a new screen protector for me within that hour.
