You have to separately buy their insurance for them to back their purchases. The entire point if buying products from them is for them to give you phone support... Which they do not do. The purpose of buying a phone case and screen protector is so you don't have to worry about insurance. The company issued a notice claiming the service would be back within an hour, but that was 9.5 hours ago, and the network is still down. A different company installed fiber optics in my neighborhood last week. I'm switching to them, and I suggest you do the same if you want a dependable network service. Honestly, I think the tin cans and string I used as a child had better service.
