Awesome Customer Service. Absolutely the WORST 4G LTE and 5G Home Internet experience in my 67 years of living on Earth. NW Florida domicile but extensive traveling throughout America in 2022. We had to FIRE Verizon and ATT for the huge rate increase in the Spring of 2022. T Mobile has been awesome for pricing and that's where the old 'You get what you pay for...' starts to kick in... On July 22 20220 my iPhone 8 was getting 200mbps through the WiFi. The past 2 weeks? 20-30mbps...Yeah. Oopla Speed Test never lies... Time of day doesn't matter. Cellular speeds are even worse and either No Signal or dropped calls are getting so old... Even though we don't have 5G phones I am proof positive that I am NOT going down that Rabbit Hole anytime soon IF they can't even get their 3/4G and LTE signal strengths healthy enough to keep me as a customer. For now I am like SO many other T Mobile users...get a WiFi signal somewhere and somehow and be happy with your $45 a month Cell Bill per Senior, $30 a month 5G Home Internet (3 Bar Strength), and Free Netflix for being a Subscriber. In all fairness my Apple iPhone 8 sucks compared to my wife's Android Samsung for connectivity and speeds. Apple admits that they are slowing everyone down to 'save battery life'? WTH? Also, neither one of us had ANY Cell Service in Western MD this past July. Solid Coverage Area and NADA....Called Customer Support and worthless... I came in about 13 minutes before closing (ive worked retail so i know that can be annoying). All i needed was a sim card to swap devices on my account. There was some mix up in what i wanted done possibly i did not convey my message well to the employee i will admit. However this guy was comlpletely rude and huffing and puffing like he was annoyed to be "helping" me. I will not be going to this store ever again all the other tmobile stores employees are friendly and glad to help this one there is always a delay, always attitudes from employees like you are inconveniencing them. You all need to work on your customer service skills, if you are not happy helping others may be time to look for anoter line of work. read more

I walked in at 7:05 pm to purchase a new phone, all of the employees are busy with a customer so no worries I waited in line, no one welcomes us or asked us questions until it was 7:40 and a guy asked "what can I help you guys with" as I told him I wanted to get a new phone he said well you can come back in the morning we don't have time. It's fine not having time but not even addressing the customer to start off with or apologizing for leaving us standing there for 30 minutes is unacceptable for a business even if they are busy. So we left because of the employee being rude and just moving along because he didn't feel like helping or whatever or even to apologize for the inconvenience, not coming back to this location. read more

Had a great experience at T-Mobile on Bayou Boulevard. I purchased two phones and the colors I wanted had to be ordered. Joe helped us and was very knowledgeable and helpful about the plans as well as the phones. When we received the phones it was Joe's day off, and we went in and were helped by everybody that worked there. The manager Ahmed, and a young lady both were great and they worked together as a team and answered questions as we went. Great folks, highly recommend. read more

Can't seem to find a TMobil employee around our area, Pensacola and Milton, who has much knowledge of their phones and problem solving. Very disappointing. It's a long drive back to St. Augustine where we bought them and everyone knew what they were doing and could correct issues on this phone. Ported my number from sprint. Andrew assisted us and explained the pricing and options well. After the programming was complete we experienced a couple of issues. Once reported Billy the manager got involved and the issues were resolved quickly and professionally. I went there today told pay phone bill and they really slow did not greet people that well and when I asked bout other t-mobile on mobile hwy hey talked bad, I known that are not under then same people but I think that is bad business its still family anyway you look at it. read more
