Now I get advertisements popping up on my computer every minute. So if that was not enough they did something to make my computer run extremely slow. They said they had vacuumed the inside to clean out the dust. Nope, they did not so I opened the tower and cleaned it myself at home. I afraid to take it back to them for fear of something else going wrong. I don't trust them.

The computer worked great after that except the new battery wouldn't charge, so I brought it back in. They replaced it again and also replaced the I/O board, all in an effort to determine the cause of the problem and all considered warranty repair so there was no cost. Finally, when it still wouldn't charge they explained it was likely the logic board which is a very expensive repair. They said they could replace it, but given the cost, it's better to invest in a new laptop which was a really honest recommendation. But they salvaged the Macbook Air. Considering how much water was spilled on it, coming away with only a very slowly-charging battery is about as fortunate as it can get. All in all, they were very thorough, honest and the amount of time they spent trying to repair my Macbook Air was much appreciated, since a lot of the labor and parts were warranty. They called me regularly to update me on the job before replacing any part and making a recommendation. I'd bring any computer you need fixed to this location. They also offer military discounts. Although I didn't need it, they also do data recovery. Definitely deal with these guys before you send your computer in for service.
