I'm not sure where the other reviews are coming from... I've used ACE for everything phone related for over four years now. They are down to earth and very sociable. From the moment you hand them your phone they give it attention. So maybe every customer waiting isn't being talked to (besides the greeting when they walk in) but i'd rather know that you are focused on my device rather than every thing going on in the lobby. Every phone I've purchased or needed work on has been done here. You have to understand that as important as "your" phone may be, they have tons of customers coming in and tons of work orders. They always tell me a day or so for the turn around time but I don't hold them to it because i know how things go. And honestly,something that takes a day may take longer if the unlock procedure has changed or if you had an update on your device that takes additional work or parts are on order. Today, cellphones are a "right now" device and people tend to get impatient without them. If you are needing a replacement phone, i guarantee you they will help you and offer great advice. If you are in the position to need work done on your device be patient, truthfully a warranty claim would take weeks!! A couple of days is a win by any stretch of the imagination. Mike Jay read more

I would definitely recommended the folks at A Cellular Edge. I have used their services three times now and each time the experience has been incredible and the pricing has been spot on. My experience last week shows the integrity of the business. My Ipad had gotten a mind of its own .... typing when my fingers were nowhere near the keyboard. I took it in to A Cellular Edge 11/12/2015, for them to look it over .... was told that technian would text me with estimate. I got a text saying that I would pick up my Ipad .... since I did not recieve an estimate I thought that it had bit the dust. Imagine my surprise when "Mari" retrieved my Ipad for me and told me there was no charge. Not being tech savy .... They could have very easily charged me!!! Service member - went in to fix an unresponsive screen on iPhone5. They gave me an accurate quote of what it could cost (if work/parts were required to fix the phone), and asked a few details about the phone including the unlock password. Something that I appreciated greatly was that they understood why I would not give it out, and would do their best to work around not having it. After 45 minutes, the tech figured out what was wrong, fixed it, and I got my phone back free of charge (since they did not have to replace any parts)! A business with EXCELLENT customer service. Came back with a different device because the work and value is unbeatable. They make you feel like you are part of a family. The Spanish girl not only is she easy on the eyes but she will always greet you with a smile. I don't get the other reviews, specially the ones about calling the store and them not answering. I was there, the place is packed (for a reason) phone is ringing and they can not stop helping a customer to answer the phone, it would be rude. Great Customer Service!! Brought my husbands cellphone in to replace broken glass on front of I-phone just before Christmas ready in half in hour cannot beat that anywhere!! Then recently my I-phone was having issues with speakers being too low they took it did adjustment while I waited and gave me new back cover on it without asking since mine was cracked and no charge!! I was very impressed with the service that I received from Cellular Edge. I went in about a month ago with a touch screen that stopped working. T-mobile was unable to get my screen to work so that I could transfer all my info to the new phone so they referred me to to these guys. My son's tablet stopped working and he was devastated that he could no longer play Minecraft. I asked all my friends if they knew of anyone who could take a look and a few of them recommended A Cellular Edge. I brought the tablet in on Friday 3/6/2015 at 6 PM to Jason. Called and went to store about my Samsung Galaxy S5 that would not turn on. The tech tried several quick fix options and testing. He then advised me that the best option would be to send directly to Samsung since it was a newer phone and had not been refurbished. I was prepared to spend over a hundred fixing it. Brought my PC in because it wasn't booting up after I cleaned it. Charles plugged it in to do a quick diagnostic check before I left it there. He found out it was a simple fix and sent me on my way in 5 minutes. My computer was working and he did it for free. Awesome service! read more

I came in with a bad cellular signal so they replaced the antenna which worked for a while. When I came back with the same problem, they said my motherboard was bad which constituted a phone replacement. They refunded the entire cost of the original repair. GREAT SERVICE. read more
