    Total rip off. Too bad it's a monopoly in Destin and the only cable provider so they can charge whatever they want. Cut the cord!

I remained in an Internet chat with their…read moreoutsourced personnel for over 30 minutes to an hour... requesting for the immediate recovery of my family Member Services as my mom is an elderly female living alone with multiple health issues without access to emergent medical services without phone access for the past 48-72hors. They refused to escalate my concerns due to not having her password to her account, which is absurd as I am a Family member speaking out to assist Her in the access to emergent medical services when in need.. these outsource companies and services are absurd, irresponsible, and extremely frustrating to work with... this type of service is ridiculous irresponsible and will be the demise of someone else's loved family member in the future if they do not correct their ways.

Every time, they promise a technician will come out, the tech doesn't even speak to us before closing out the ticket as "complete" or even check our jacks inside. Our phones are still not working, and at this point, we feel completely ignored and hopeless. As a business, reliable phone service is essential, and this company has failed us in every way. The customer support is some of the worst I've ever experienced--completely unhelpful and dismissive. We've finally decided to switch providers. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

No other streaming services does that, you can just cancel by the click of a button. They want you to talk with someone so they can try and talk you in to staying. I have had service for four years now. The rates were constantly going up, for what they call market changes. Yet when you call to cancel all of the sudden they can get you a better deal if you stay. I got tired of waiting yesterday, but wrote in my chat box to cancel my service. After waiting a radiculous amount of time, I responded I expect my service to be cancelled and that I am leaving and I would not be back on to respond. So just cancel my service. Someone did com on line eventually. They saw my request but didn't cancel my account. Instead my bill was charged for renewal of service on a new card I received. They should have not had on file. It had recently changed from Marcus to Barclays and I had to approve the charge as the account had to be reset up. I contacted direct and they refused to refund the amount. After 30 minutes of arguing with the representative she was all of the sudden able to give me a 50% refund. Who also by the way kept trying to give me a better deal to stay. After she gave a 50 discount on my bill she Then disconnected the conversation for no further discussion. I was not able to argue any further. This is a greedy company. Twice the cost of any other service. They have lost a customer forever. You can bet I will spread the word!!! My internet is next to cancel. I have same company.

Ended up paying for an upgrade ( no big deal) phone came into the store the following day. after 45 minutes of waiting for what should have been a pick up and go..., turns out they were selling me a refurb owned by another carrier. so they couldn't activate it. displeased I walked out of the store and nicely told the male and female employee to call me when a new phone arrives. Female employee followed me out side asking me to come back. I told her that I couldn', I have to work. her last words were "F it! we'll just keep your $ then. better luck next time" I left, only to return about 45 minutes later to grab the case and screen protector I purchased. I walked into the store and simply told the gentleman that I'm back to pick up my products I purchased. After both male and female employees rolled there eyes at me, I walked to the desk where MY purchased case and screen protector were and grabbed them. female employee " Excuse me! don't take anything off our Fing desks, and the male employee took them away and wouldn't give them to me and things escalated pretty quickly when fat boy started running his mouth. It's a small town and karma never forgets. Great job to all the mouth breathers that work at the Russel wireless store on N Ferdon. Keep up the good work. Y'all are special.
