I remained in an Internet chat with their…read moreoutsourced personnel for over 30 minutes to an hour... requesting for the immediate recovery of my family Member Services as my mom is an elderly female living alone with multiple health issues without access to emergent medical services without phone access for the past 48-72hors. They refused to escalate my concerns due to not having her password to her account, which is absurd as I am a Family member speaking out to assist Her in the access to emergent medical services when in need.. these outsource companies and services are absurd, irresponsible, and extremely frustrating to work with... this type of service is ridiculous irresponsible and will be the demise of someone else's loved family member in the future if they do not correct their ways.

Every time, they promise a technician will come out, the tech doesn't even speak to us before closing out the ticket as "complete" or even check our jacks inside. Our phones are still not working, and at this point, we feel completely ignored and hopeless. As a business, reliable phone service is essential, and this company has failed us in every way. The customer support is some of the worst I've ever experienced--completely unhelpful and dismissive. We've finally decided to switch providers. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

    To be clear; this comment is meant for the T-Mobile on the Mary Esther Cutoff…read more I make regular monthly visits to T-Mobile, to pay on my pre-pay connection account. Here's the thing, don't treat a customer of more than 15 years like they're senile; especially a senior citizen. I use both the Mary Esther store and the one on Eglin Pkwy. Yesterday, I was near the Mary Esther store and decided to pay ahead of my due date. Entering, I saw that there were several employees, and I was approached almost immediately by a young female. I explained the purpose of my visit and had phone number and cash in hand. As she is entering information on her pad, she asks me if I know the account pin number. I rattled off the number, and got a look and a "no, pins have to have six numbers". I repeated my number, and she (still with that look on her face) repeats it back twice, like I still made a mistake. Instantly my brain was thinking; I may be old, but I'm not senile. I considered her attitude rude and left the store. I would not have been so quick to leave, if this had been the first time that this has happened, but it has happened a few times. Would it have been so difficult for her to accept my knowledge of MY pin and just punch in the numbers that I gave her, to see if it would work? Wouldn't that have been a more client friendly way to handle this? Here's one for you Mary Esther T-Mobile... while I have had "one" similar event happen at the Eglin Pkwy store; they were never rude. Bryan (I think that's his name) has joked about me being with T-Mobile for a long time. Hint: Not all accounts have an abundance of numbers. If the Mary Esther store was my only option; I'd go back to Verizon. Try a bit of customer appreciation, T-Mobile. I may not be a thousand dollar client, but I am a client.

    A couple of months ago, our neighbors across the street were getting furniture from this Aaron's…read moreFurniture location in Ft. Walton Beach. It was early in the evening, kinda dark and hazy that day. The truck delivering the furniture accidentally backed up and knocked out mailbox down. The two employees immediately came to our door to inform us. One was on the phone with the company letting them know what happened. The managers name is Clint. He spoke with my husband and said we will have a new mailbox put up the following day. We weren't upset. We understand accidents happen. Before noon the next day we had a new mailbox put that looked almost identical to ours. It actually looks like an upgraded one. My husband and I were extremely impressed and pleased with the immediate attention taken to fix an accident! I had to call and talk to the manager, Clint, to let him know what an exceptional experience we had from beginning to end. The drivers were prompt, polite and very apologetic. Clint made it happen!! Our mailbox was replaced in just over 12 hours!!! Who sees that kind of professional and honest experience with a retailer anymore? Well, trust me when I say that Clint and his employees are the best! Clint was so friendly we could have talked for hours on the phone. It was a perfect all-around experience!!! Thank you to Clint and all of the Aaron's Furniture employees at the Ft. Walton Beach location! Never hesitate to go see them when you're shopping around. You'll happy you did! They deserve more than 5 stars!
