Had an issue with my old phone and decided to just go to the store real quick and see if they could figure anything out. BAAAAAAAD IDEA! Ended up paying for an upgrade ( no big deal) phone came into the store the following day. after 45 minutes of waiting for what should have been a pick up and go..., turns out they were selling me a refurb owned by another carrier. so they couldn't activate it. displeased I walked out of the store and nicely told the male and female employee to call me when a new phone arrives. Female employee followed me out side asking me to come back. I told her that I couldn', I have to work. her last words were "F it! we'll just keep your $ then. better luck next time" I left, only to return about 45 minutes later to grab the case and screen protector I purchased. I walked into the store and simply told the gentleman that I'm back to pick up my products I purchased. After both male and female employees rolled there eyes at me, I walked to the desk where MY purchased case and screen protector were and grabbed them. female employee " Excuse me! don't take anything off our Fing desks, and the male employee took them away and wouldn't give them to me and things escalated pretty quickly when fat boy started running his mouth. Stated if we buy new phones with plan we getting a great trade value for phones such lies to have people sign contract with them WOW! Canceling contract and returning phones not paying that oh by the way we're charging you $50 restocking fee even though we lied to you just to get you to stay with Verizon heck NO ! While we were on vacation, I had an accident with my phone and needed to replace it. I arrived at this Verizon location 1.25 hours before closing. After going through everything to select a new phone, the rep told me that they no longer do phone transfers in store. Instead, I would be able to use my old phone until I initiated the transfer to my new phone. Unfortunately, when the rep powered on my new phone, the transfer began. He said it was due to a glitch caused by my old carrier Verizon recently acquired. He then told me that they would be closing, but I could sit in my car and use the Verizon WiFi while my new phone updated (close to a 30 minute process). As I was in an unfamiliar city, I now had no way to map my way back to my condo until the transfer took place. The Verizon WiFi didn't work on my old phone for some reason, so I also had no way to contact my family and let them know what was happening. And did I mention that I had a 2 year old with me? So, I was sent to sit in my car and wait 30 minutes with my toddler until my new phone was ready to use. I couldn't text or call or FaceTime my family or leave without getting lost. I ended up walking us to a nearby Starbucks whose WiFi did work, so I could FaceTime my family, who had to drive to the Verizon location so I could follow them back to the condo. As a woman, with a young child, in an unfamiliar city, being pushed out of the store after a phone transfer I didn't consent to happened, it felt like a complete disregard of my safety and poor customer service. Once I shared my experience in my feedback, I received an email from the store manager that they had tried to contact me by phone about my feedback. Nope, that phone call never came. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion and responsibility that the store showed. Knowing that I had no working phone, they were perfectly happy with sending me out. And while we sat in my car, I noticed that they didn't leave for another 25 minutes. read more

Horrible experience. The Manager told me at the door it would be faster to order myself and do curbside pickup due to covid procedures. Completed per manager instructions and the order still went to 2 day shipping. Asked them for assistance. Nick spent 1 minute on customer service and said I would just need go pay twice and mail back the phone shipped to me. PAY TWICE. I called Verizon myself and they resolved everything. I then had to wait for them to pack my order and saw them work that as inefficiently as they did the rest of my order. They were condescending toward me. Don't waste your time going here. Once again, Verizon finds a way to fall short and fail me, as a customer. Highest rates and worst service. My F'n mask wasn't up to the standards of their store & no accommodation offered for breathing issues, fir which I have a prescription. I had to find another way to contact this crappy company to make an insurance claim. As soon as I do & this crappy company replaces my phone, I plan to switch my service, on general principle. Great customer service. I watched Edward and Tony work with a couple of difficult customers. They were extremely polite and professional when I think any other reasonable person would have gotten frustrated. They were also both very helpful towards me and helped resolve my phone issue. read more

I will admit that the people who tried to help me at the store or even over the phone were nice. However, when their excuses are that the system automatically generates a higher bill and shows that we have a bill for a bill cycle that we havent even purchased phones till after, that is very frustrating. Because of their mistakes and misinformation. I have to come out of pocket and pay extra. read more

We pre ordered S9 phones. They told us to come back in when received and Verizon employee would place the screen protector on the phones. We show up. 10 employees standing around. We are assisted by one. 45 minutes later said employee had gone through one screen and he still had not successfully attached a single protector. Not a single employee of the now 8 or them standing around could and or would not assist. The manager Daniel and employee Tom, who originally sold the phones to us, watched but never assisted either. So we got a refund on the screens and decided to go somewhere else... maybe BestBuy. read more

My son and I went into this store to retrieve some account information. The wait was extraordinarily long. It was over one hour. The store appeared to be severely under-staffed. After waiting that long, we could not get the information we needed. It was a total waste of time. We pay too much for mobile phone plans to have to spend over one hour before we can speak with an in-store representative. read more

Had a problem with my brand new S7 Edge. The phone had a damaged button that looked like it had been dropped. They replaced my phone with no issue even though I had purchased it at a Verizon in Panama City. Quickly transferred everything from one phone to the other while I waited. Worst customer service ever. My husband lost his phone, so we went straight to Verizon. They told us there's nothing we can do other than buying a new phone. WRONG. We ended up going to the certified Verizon dealer in the Santa Rosa mall, they aren't a regular Verizon store, they have a contract with them, SO MUCH BETTER. They called customer service and because he only had a couple months left on his contract he was able to get a brand new phone and only pay a small upgrading fee. My wife and also fell into this ridiculous Black Friday scam involving Pixel XLs. Basically Verizon scammed thousands of customers on Black Friday releasing a promo promising this Pixel XL for anywhere between $15 and $25 a month depending on the store and now they say that promo never existed and are charging thousands of people who took advantage of the promo full price for the phone. Her cousin WORKS for Verizon and told us in advance that there were black Friday deals on the Pixel XL. Our local corporate store (this store) told us $10/month for the pixel and $15/month for the pixel XL. The ONLY reason we bought phones that day is because 3 different local stores told us the exact same thing, 1 corporate and 2 authorized retailers, plus her cousin who works in a different state. They also told us that NO trade in was required to receive the promotion, but told my wife she would revieve a $300 credit for trading in her Note 4 which would bring her monthly down to like $7. All these months and no credits at all! Paying full price, working with her cousin to get it resolved and she was not able to figure it out (she still acknowledges the promo existed). Her cousin told us to go to the local corporate store to have them sort it out in person, so we did... The manager told us there were NO pixel XL promos on black Friday and argued with us about it. Basically insulting my intelligence making me feel like a fool for thinking that I could remember something correctly since me and thousands of others dreamt this all up... My wife even lost her cool and asked him to check his cameras! He said it would be impossible to hear our convo that day because of how busy they were... My wife traded her note 4 on black friday because they told her she would get a $300 credit for that split over the 24m bringing her monthly down to $7 and NOW They told us that there was also no trade in promo on Note 4s and that my wife's sister was receiving the credit for the Note 4 she traded in and they told us tough luck, work it out with her! What?! Hahaha. We've been Verizon customers for over 10 years. I'm so disgusted by them and their schemes and finally had enough. We went straight to TMobile after that and they paid our phones off and hooked us up with a better deal. Thanks TMobile! I don't even care if I get bad service, this is me giving big red the finger! To all you fed up version customer out there, TMobile will pay off ur Verizon phone up to $1000 per phone! Never knew that until we googled in the Verizon parking lot that day lol. And to top that off, after they pay ur phone off, you can leave at anytime and do whatever and have ur paid off phone and go to Project Fi if you want! Can't beat that! Plus T-Mobile doesn't charge you for data, its unlimited everything in one low price. Screw you Verizon, I literly had my phone paid for in full by another company because you wouldn't honor the promo that you put out to the country and now refuse to acknowledge ever existed. Because we consumers are all a bunch of idiots... I took my business elsewhere over this scam and I hope you all do too! Careful ordering a phone from this store, the workers aren't very smart considering they will hire just anyone. My 2 day shipping ending up being 2 weeks AND the activation date was scheduled for the month after even though I paid for 2 day shipping and service for the month. The funny thing was my friend ordered the same phone right after me and got his in 2 days. read more
