Unfortunately, most repair facilites want you to bring the entire computer to them, but I wanted someone who could come to our apartment and try solving the problem here without disassembling all the camera, printer, audio speaker cables, etc. I saw some very positive reviews of Emerald Coast IT -- which serves Navarre and Gulf Breeze -- so I figured I'd give them a try. I told her I didn't pick color. She told me the copiers are always set to color you have to change the settings to black. Since when?! I've been printing there for a while and have never had to change the settings. Looks like staples has come up with a way to make more money off of their customers. She didn't even offer to correct the bill. Very disappointed probably former customer.
