We only took the deal because he said we'll pay off your old phones and you can get new phones for free. They jerked us around for 2 months. We had been in the store over ten times. And they kept telling us they're working on it , they'll get it taken care of. I just come to find out that there's nothing they can do. So I had to pay off my phone, over a grand. If they had fixed it in the first thirty days , we could have returned the phones and just kept our phones. But they made sure to prolong it as much as possible. So that we would be outside those thirty days by lying to us , a saying that the district manager is on it and going to get taken care of. The same district manager that used to be the general manager of that location. I am beyond displeased and don't leave reviews. But now I am out 1300$. This is extremely dishonest. And the fact that nobody wants to make it right is sickening.

After Asurion texted me a reminder to return my old phone at 11:04 on a Sunday night, I was fed up with the service and assistance with Asurion and was preparing to cancel my provider of more than 15 years because of it on Monday. I arrived at the South Ferdon location at around 11:15 the following Monday morning and walked inside prepared to end my provider services. Johnathan asked if he could help me and within a few minutes assisted me in multiple apps, sign ins and a better plan. This youngman literally save Verizon from losing me forever.

I was still not happy that I had to buy the same phone because of that but they gave me a 700$ trade-in on a thousand dollar phone which helped us out. I am not sure what else to say about these guys..we were treated with the upmost respect and my wife and I felt that we were their number one priority. For me they went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and I couldn't be happier. I will never change carriers again because of those folks who work there. When I call their toll-free number I get hung up on at least once. The other day I asked for service and the technician came over and said he wouldn't help me. He was lazy! Came up with a bunch of reasons why he couldn't do the job instead of finding solutions. I simply want more than one device hooked up via cat5/6 but now Cox says they don't run Cat cables for customers who aren't security system customers. I pay $100 for horrible service. To top that off it disconnects at least five times per month. Cox service is horrible. We need competition to move in to bust up this monopoly.
