I brought my laptop in this past October because I spilled water on it. After waiting around for weeks without hearing back, I finally called to check on it, only to hear that nothing had been done. After I kept calling back every day for a week, I finally heard back that they needed to order in a part. The part took a week to come in, and then they took several more weeks to put it on. I was told it was ready, so I came in and paid FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to get my laptop back. Got it home, turned it on- several of the keys still didn't work. So, back to the shop it went. I kept waiting and waiting and never heard from them. When I called, they basically told me that they lost the employee who had been working on it so it was just taken apart, sitting in the back on a table. I understand that things happen, but if they do you should inform your customers! I should not have to dig to find out what is happening, the people I am PAYING should be keeping me updated. Well, I finally got my laptop today (mid January). I found out that it is fried and nothing can be done. They refused to give me any sort of refund, so I paid them 400 dollars to literally do nothing for three months.

Then she explained her system had a glitch and nothing was ordered for anyone during that time frame. So you might want to lead with that and take responsibility for your fault. Not call and ask if I still want the glasses. That was assumed by the conversation we had 2 weeks ago. "We will go ahead and order these for you and call you in 2 weeks once they are ready for pickup". To try to put the blame on the customer who assumed based on that sentence that you would call me once ready, implies I ordered them from you and since I paid you that also implies that. You had a mess up with your workers or system and you should have lead with that instead of gas light the customer into thinking we did something wrong. I now see the only thing I did wrong was pick the incorrect vision center who clearly has unqualified workers. Also the prices are outrageous even with Tricare Prime insurance.
