I was still not happy that I had to buy the same phone because of that but they gave me a 700$ trade-in on a thousand dollar phone which helped us out. I am not sure what else to say about these guys..we were treated with the upmost respect and my wife and I felt that we were their number one priority. For me they went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and I couldn't be happier. I will never change carriers again because of those folks who work there. Not keep beating a dead horse but many thank you's for helping us succeed and working like a dog to make this happen.

When I call their toll-free number I get hung up on at least once. The other day I asked for service and the technician came over and said he wouldn't help me. He was lazy! Came up with a bunch of reasons why he couldn't do the job instead of finding solutions. I simply want more than one device hooked up via cat5/6 but now Cox says they don't run Cat cables for customers who aren't security system customers. I pay $100 for horrible service. To top that off it disconnects at least five times per month. Cox service is horrible. We need competition to move in to bust up this monopoly.

I feel like I have a new computer. Bob did not try to sell me on how I would need a new computer and that it could be fixed. It only took him a couple days to resolve the issues. I had a bad hard drive that was failing for one thing. He quoted me a price and I left my computer with him. When I went to pick it up, Bob was true to his word and what he quoted me was what I paid which was so very reasonable! I can't thank him enough and I was lucky to find him. Antenna & Satellite Store called back several hours later saying that they didn't have time to deal with dish.
