Then we asked for a service tech to come to our house b/c tractor wouldn't run and we couldn't bring to dealer. We agreed to labor time for tech to and from BUT never knew $4/mile PLUS labor to replace a starter on a NEW tractor! Bill was over $700! Called owner furious. He gave me a "deal" at $2.50/mi, so Bill ONLY $513! The current defined IRS rate for reimbursement mileage is $.625! Owner says he has to make money...well sell a good product, use industry standards for mileage, and realize the consumer knows you make a profit on the sale. Why on earth does a tech need to drive a gas guzzling Ford F250 pickup to replace a starter. Also BEWARE that if you buy a piece a garbage equipment from these crooks, you won't be able to easily get necessary maintenance supplies anytime soon. We waited 6 weeks to buy an oil filter. I CANNOT say enough to CONVEY my fury over this company's EGREGIOUS behavior!!!!!
