I hired this company to pump a…read more500-gallon septic tank that had only been receiving minimal use for approximately 2-3 weeks, primarily gray water and limited toilet use. I was also away from the property for an entire week during that time. Based on the actual usage, there is serious reason to question whether the tank was properly emptied at all. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of customer service afterward. I called six times today and once the night before, and every call went to an answering service. Not one call has been returned. A reputable company addresses customer concerns, especially when questions arise immediately after service. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Extremely poor communication, questionable service, and zero accountability. Do your research before hiring them.... I would give them a -5
