Melinda walked me through the Alabama Power financing process which was painless. I pulled the trigger and once the equipment was on hand the crew showed up and stayed about 10-11 hours (weathering two rain showers) to get it done! A new fan in the attic, two in the crawlspace, 3 heat pumps and a mini-split for the primary suite. Doyle and his crew couldn't have been more pleasant, courteous and professional to work with. Fire & Ice had done some maintenance work before (through the home warranty company) and I can't be more pleased with the results.

There were cobwebs still in the corners of the rooms as well as dust all over the walls. They put some kind of cleaning product on the fan blades which ended up taking the paint off and bleaching them. I called and said that I was extremely unsatisfied and either wanted a refund or someone to come out and finish the job. She (Jennifer) said no refund and that they did over $500 worth of cleaning for $325 and would have to charge again to come back out. DO NOT waste your money.
