I went to get my phone fixed via Apple's instructions because I have insurance on my phone and the supervisor/woman working told me that she refused to touch my phone, regardless of what Apple said and told me that if I wanted help that I needed to take it two hours away to the nearest Apple Store. I called Apple and they said that the phones condition does not matter and that they needed to follow protocol, so I went back in and explained, and she again told me she refused to assist and again told me to go to apple. I've never been spoken to in such a condescending and demeaning way
