My daughter's gaming PC started having problems that looked like a failing graphics card. I tried…read morethe usual fixes ie drivers, software, and basic troubleshooting, but I did not have the time or a spare part to swap in myself. A quick search for computer repair in Spanish Fort, Alabama led me to ProTechs. After reading other reviews, I contacted them, spoke with Jon (Jonathan Vaughn), and dropped the PC off. Jon diagnosed a bad GPU and found that the card was still under warranty. He asked whether I wanted to handle the warranty claim myself or have ProTechs take care of it. I chose to let him handle it and sent the information he needed. Throughout the process I received clear updates, including any delays. Warranty work is rarely fast, but Jon stayed on it. After the replacement GPU arrived, he installed it, set the system back up, and ran a final test. Everything checked out. Total cost for diagnosis, warranty handling, GPU replacement, setup, and testing: $160. I cannot recommend ProTechs in Spanish Fort enough for gaming PC repair, graphics card replacement, and warranty work. Honest communication, fair pricing, and the job done right.

B&G Storage may be the worst business establishment I have worked with in my 50 years on this…read moreplanet and 20 years in different locations while in the Army. When I first got my unit in 2014, I signed a contract for $136 a month. Now, after just 11 years and being consistent on payments, it is currently at $296. THAT IS A 117.6% INCREASE!!!! That's and increase of 10.69% annually! After doing some legitimate research to see if I am really getting taken advantage of or not, I found that according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI), provided by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, that same $136 is worth $184. That comes out to a total inflation of 35.29% or only a 2.8% increase annually. All I am saying is, be VERY leary and careful about using what seems to be a crooked business that takes advantage of people. And yes, im trying to get the stuff out but it cost a lot coming from VA and not to mention the time. It's also hard to get moving companies to go in and pick up in the middle of no where and bring. I hope this helps someone think twice before getting your wallet raped each month.
