Also, the old house had some problems inside. The exploratory crew which was Tyson and PJ found rodent-chewed wiring as well as other issues. They also figured out where electrical wires, which were literally poking out of drywall, led and either decommissioned the wires or remade them into the light switches they once were. Tyson and PJ also did an awesome job of installing new electric boxes for my ceiling fans. This old house is no longer such a fire hazard and has light again.

The biggest red flag was being told that my 3‑year‑old system needed a full coil replacement. The part was under warranty, but Peadon still charged nearly $3,000 for labor. I later learned their maintenance techs earn a percentage of the repair bill, which explains why issues were constantly being identified. A system this new should not require major component replacements, and the constant upselling made me lose trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Peadon.
