Unfortunately, their service after the sale has been essentially nonexistent. In less than a year, the waterfall began leaking out the side and had to be shut down. I contacted the owner, Bubba, who told me they were backed up and it would be about two weeks before they could come take a look. That was two months ago. After hearing nothing, I called again and spoke to someone who said he was Bubba's brother. He promised to talk to Bubba and get back to me the next day. He never did. My last two phone messages have gone completely unanswered. At that point, I gave up and called Prestige Landscaping, who came out the same day and repaired the waterfall without any issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Panhandle Ponds. They seem interested only in making the initial sale and show no courtesy or responsibility when it comes to follow‑up service or even returning a phone call.
