I was picking up a few holiday sales items for next season. I intended to spend more time in there shopping however, a young mother and her little boy were in the store, the child was running all over the place with the mom walked around on a call with the speaker phone on. It really killed the calm atmosphere I usually get to enjoy in Kirkland, I wish an employee would have tried to correct that. I will still continue my shopping at this location.

Except for the bill (which was comparative to Big Box with much better quality), it was a great experience. There is everything possible in the showroom and what they don't have they can get. The staff made sure my experience was different than buying a dinner dress. Instead, we discussed plumbing, use, and durability. They even helped coordinate colors and accessories - none of which involve their products (unless you want a colored commode I guess). After with their help, I made my choices, they held the stuff. Why? So when my "man" picked it up I would get a builder discount. Nice. I think they deliver as well - everything is ordered. Doing business was easy. Shopping there is almost as fun as patio furniture/grill/new mattress shopping.

It was installed incorrectly by my contractor and leaked the first time we tried to use it. I went in to Fixture exchange and gave Linda my info and what parts I wanted to purchase. I explained what parts I needed and why I needed them. She took my info and promised to email me a price for the replacement parts. After a couple of phone calls to clarify the make and model, she said she would get the info and prices and get back with me. Imagine my surprise when she called that afternoon and told me the parts were on the way to my home. She had contacted Fleurco and had secured me a warranty replacement of the parts at no cost. Linda went out of her way to assist me when I hadn't even purchased the Shower wall from her company. They are an authorized dealer and stand behind the company's products they carry. This is the kind of superb customer service that is lacking in so many companies these days. I can't imagine I would have been treated any differently had I been an actual customer of Fixture Exchange. I would like the management of Fixture Exchange to know what a jewel of an employee they have in Linda. This store features dozens of individually-owned storefronts for collectors to sell items they've found, and unlike some other antique stores I've been to, there aren't a bunch of cheap sellers in the mix (random storefronts that sell drop-shipped items, cheap dollar store stuff, tacky clothes). Most of what I saw seemed genuinely antique and the pricing was more than reasonable. I could spend hours upon hours in here - and I definitely will! If you're big into thrifting, I 100% recommend coming to the Antique Marketplace. And arrive with an empty vehicle. You won't regret it!
