I had spent an entire day driving all over the Florida/Alabama line looking for two bar stools and I stopped here as a last resort. The furniture inside is absolutely beautiful. Most of the pieces are made from reclaimed wood. I love that. They had an incredible sale so I was in and out in under twenty minutes with a couple of beautiful backless sea-grass stools with the help of my gracious sales associate Andrea. Price-wise I was impressed. For little more than what you will pay for a mass produced piece of furniture, you can own a beautiful piece that is made from heavy reclaimed wood and truly one of a kind.

We were denied that opportunity and told that it is "company policy" to replace it with the same exact thing. We told the person on the phone that it was futile to get this furniture again because the fabric would just fall apart again and that is exactly what happened. We were then visited by another person to inspect the problem for the "extended warranty" and denied again. How can Rooms To Go replace a defective product with the same defective product and expect something different? This is unfair policy and only benefits the Rooms To Go. Not their fault that they didn't live up to my expectations, that's on me :-) The place is in the service road parallel to Canal Rd so keep your eye out for their sign. At least they have one because lots of businesses still don't, thanks to Sally. Ample parking and there's some nice pieces on display outside. Once inside a friendly young lady greeted us and was very helpful. The large interior is clean and organized and has a pretty good inventory. I actually found a pair of Adirondack chairs with coccktail table that I liked but $1700 was a bit pricey me. It was it's made from recycled milk jugs, so it's environmentally friendly, but I'm thinking maybe I'll look for someone moving out of the area selling used for the best recycling that doesn't require any new resources and less recycling of my cash, hey win, win :-) Bottom line: The stuff I saw looked other nice but the prices seemed high. I mean at the very least before I pay 4 grand for a patio set I might build my own, but that's just retired ol' me talking out loud. They are worth a look.
