They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started. Thank you Degraaf Electrical Services for once again taking care of my electrical issues. You folks are the best, my first and only call when I need electrical work.

He identified the problem in the attic but couldn't solve. They sent a second crew; they traced every electrical outlet on the circuit. Finally one guy went into the attic, removed the HVAC air handler cover and discovered a loose wire nut. Sent me a bill for $800+. The first electrician should have Sisu the problem in 5 minutes. I negotiated the price down but still feel ripped off.

BE. CAREFUL. WITH. THIS. COMPANY…read more Ethan and another guy came out and looked at my inside fuse box and outside panel. They visually looked at it and said I had every problem under the sun. When they left, I felt like my house could catch fire at any minute. They never checked voltage or current. Just looked at the box and a female who knows nothing about electrical work and showed me a quote on the phone for $8,000. Then said the permit would be $300+ and texted to see if they could pull the permit. They were so eager that I got a second opinion...from an honest company, and the work for what they said was $8,000 is getting done for $350. They checked voltage/current and did a better inspection than Blue Marlin did. BE CAREFUL OF THESE SCAMMERS. I will be contacting BBB and probably the news.

We've had an extremely frustrating experience with this company over several years…read more They installed a mini-split system in our bonus room that was significantly undersized for the space. The room is clearly labeled as conditioned living space in the home plans, yet we were later told it was sized as "non-usable space," which makes no sense given how the room is actually used. Since installation, the system has: * Run continuously without reaching set temperature * Required multiple service calls * Failed repeatedly, including a compressor failure within ~2 years of replacement We have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs over and over again, and even their own technicians have acknowledged that the issues are likely to continue due to improper sizing. Despite providing documentation showing the intended use of the space, the owner has refused to discuss the issue directly and continues to deny responsibility through staff. At this point, we are replacing the system with another company. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before using this company for system design or installation.

John is a no nonsense man with a dry personality. A person just has to know how to take him and realize he does not want to waste his and others time. His charge was more than reasonable and he helped me tremendously. If anyone needs an electrician I recommend calling Four Seasons. From my experience John does have a heart to help if and when he can. Maybe John can learn to come across more compassionate over the phone in instances he cannot help. People will remember that . I hate to see a mans livelihood be affected in a negative way because of negative reviews when it could be avoided. Never burn a bridge. We never know when we may need to cross it. We need the trades men and women and they need us. I am not a friend or relative of anyone affiliated with Four Seasons. Peace
