Chris was a wealth of information when we needed 4 new can lights installed outside in front of our home, 2 new lights in the back, and 2 replacement motion lights. So THANKFUL for Chris W. who serviced our house at the last minute today. We had been having several issues with two outdoor outlets and Chris went above and beyond to fix them. Great response time and service. They were very polite, but being charged 60$ for him to hit a reset switch that was behind some boxes in my garage seemed uncalled for. Always on Time used to be my go-to electric company but no longer. I have used them for years and spent three-four thousand dollars on various jobs, but recently, I had minor work done (replaced two outdoor outlet covers) and was charged $550 for the job. I felt that was a bit extreme for just replacing outlet covers, so I tried to contact the owner who I have done business with for years because he is the decision maker about pricing, and after six weeks of being ignored, I finally came to the realization that I am not valued as a customer. Always on Time will do good work for you, but if you run into any issues at all, you will not be able to have your problems resolved as only one person makes decisions and that person is too busy looking for new customers rather than servicing their existing, loyal customers. I am so disappointed in how this played out, but I can't do anything but warn others. read more

Due to defective parts, the job took 3 separate trips. Our 1970's home had its original power box outside. Due to age and corrosion (and who knows what all the family/other electricians had done over the last forty years) the neutral died. Thankfully, it only took a few minor electronics with it. Always on Time was not our first call. We had another regular electrician from the local area. But, he was busy, he recommended Scott. Scott and his assistant came out the next day as soon as they were done on another job and worked into the night to get the box replaced and take care of a few other issues repaired/replaced and ready for inspection. He timed it well with the power company so that they were back and hooking us up almost as soon as he was done. We received a clean inspection the next morning and were good to go. They were quick, professional, and charged us a very reasonable rate. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected. Showed up on time and did great work. They replaced 2 outdoor ceiling fans and fixed flourecent light in my closet. After they fixed the light, there was a slight delay when you turned the light on. They told me to replace the bulbs and there would be no more delay. I replaced the bulbs and the delay was 4 times as long. Thats why i cant give them a 5. read more
