The room is clearly labeled as conditioned living space in the home plans, yet we were later told it was sized as "non-usable space," which makes no sense given how the room is actually used. Since installation, the system has: * Run continuously without reaching set temperature * Required multiple service calls * Failed repeatedly, including a compressor failure within ~2 years of replacement We have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs over and over again, and even their own technicians have acknowledged that the issues are likely to continue due to improper sizing. Despite providing documentation showing the intended use of the space, the owner has refused to discuss the issue directly and continues to deny responsibility through staff. At this point, we are replacing the system with another company. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before using this company for system design or installation.

Extremely Disappointed - Unprofessional and Unreliable Service…read more I don't usually leave reviews, but after my experience with this electrical company, I feel it's necessary to warn others. From the start, working with this contractor has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. This company was hired as a subcontractor during the construction of my new home. One of the tasks was to terminate several Cat5 cables--a simple, straightforward job that should've been completed without issue. When they sent an electrician out in December, he managed to complete two of the cable terminations but said he needed help accessing the remaining cables. Instead of following through, the company avoided responsibility and continuously made excuses, claiming the job was "outside their scope" despite already starting the work. At no point was it communicated to me that terminating the remaining cables would be my responsibility. In fact, the same company completed other terminations throughout the house without issue. What's worse is that after waiting months for a resolution, I--someone with no electrical experience--was able to locate and make the cables accessible myself. If I could manage that, there's no reason a professional couldn't have done the same. On top of all this, I was given two completely different price quotes for the same job. Initially, I was told the first hour would be waived and subsequent hours would be billed at a fair rate. Later, that rate increased without explanation. When I asked about the conflicting quotes, instead of providing clarity, the contractor refused to continue the work altogether. Let me be clear: This issue was never the homeowner's responsibility--it was a clear lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism on their part. If you're considering hiring this company, think twice. They've shown a complete disregard for their responsibilities and zero concern for customer satisfaction. Needed a few electrical outlets and switches to be troubleshot around my older townhouse and…read moregarage. The service tech that came was astute at accessing the issue and explaining to me what the resolve would be. The first issues at hand was a halway three-way switch that would only work if the other switch was in the on position. The service tech spent about 30-45 correcting the wiring so that the both light switches work as advertised. The second was correcting the wiring in my garage which at first seemed like a daunting task due to the accessibility/small crawl space to get where the electrical work was required. But yet again, the service tech knock this project out seamlessly and better than than initially thought. The total cost for these repairs was approximately $400 for a couple hours of work. As a homeowner, that cost seemed reasonable enough for that peace of mind that an electrical issue was corrected to code. And with that, I highly recommend this business if you're looking for a straight forward, reasonable, professional electrician.
