They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started. Thank you Degraaf Electrical Services for once again taking care of my electrical issues. You folks are the best, my first and only call when I need electrical work.

Also, I'll add that because a part needed to be ordered, Coltin Electric will be coming back to replace/install it. And I know they'll be back in timely manner because they didn't demand or even ask for any payment after finishing with today's work. Typically laborers don't leave without having collected. They are one of the more reasonably priced electrician companies, but I just didn't get a warm fuzzy that my issue was really of concern to anyone, particularly when I called a subsequent time to speak more about it. The guy I spoke with seemed bothered by my call and pretty much rushed me off the phone, telling me that someone else who is more familiar with my issue would call me back (they didn't. I had to call back a couple of days later.).
