The room is clearly labeled as conditioned living space in the home plans, yet we were later told it was sized as "non-usable space," which makes no sense given how the room is actually used. Since installation, the system has: * Run continuously without reaching set temperature * Required multiple service calls * Failed repeatedly, including a compressor failure within ~2 years of replacement We have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs over and over again, and even their own technicians have acknowledged that the issues are likely to continue due to improper sizing. Despite providing documentation showing the intended use of the space, the owner has refused to discuss the issue directly and continues to deny responsibility through staff. At this point, we are replacing the system with another company. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before using this company for system design or installation.
