Now I am having the same issue they were supposed to fix. I had no idea this issue was festering because I am not an electrician. When I called for a resolution and to ask a questionI was met with major attitude from the lady that answered the phone. Said someone would call me back. Never got a call. I did a follow up call. Same attitude and still no call back. They got their money though. Hire with caution. They don't care after they are paid.

Jerry and his wife showed up on time the next day and walked us through the whole installation process and also provided us with clear and understandable pricing options. We had a very good and competitive quote for the work to be done by the end of the day. The next day our two electricians Dyllan and Josiah arrived on time, explained the process on more time to ensure there were no changes and began the work. The installation of our two Ev charges went pretty quick and Dyllan and Josiah did a fantastic job, keeping the job site clean and worked very efficiently! I have a few more electrical jobs to get done at my home and will absolutely use insight and by name request Dyllan and Josiah. Thank you again Jerry, Dyllan, Josiah and the whole Insight team!

We've had an extremely frustrating experience with this company over several years…read more They installed a mini-split system in our bonus room that was significantly undersized for the space. The room is clearly labeled as conditioned living space in the home plans, yet we were later told it was sized as "non-usable space," which makes no sense given how the room is actually used. Since installation, the system has: * Run continuously without reaching set temperature * Required multiple service calls * Failed repeatedly, including a compressor failure within ~2 years of replacement We have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs over and over again, and even their own technicians have acknowledged that the issues are likely to continue due to improper sizing. Despite providing documentation showing the intended use of the space, the owner has refused to discuss the issue directly and continues to deny responsibility through staff. At this point, we are replacing the system with another company. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before using this company for system design or installation.

John is a no nonsense man with a dry personality. A person just has to know how to take him and realize he does not want to waste his and others time. John answered the phone and told me no he could not help me . After a few minutes he called me back and said that he would. He showed up quickly, completed his task and he was nice to my animals. His charge was more than reasonable and he helped me tremendously. If anyone needs an electrician I recommend calling Four Seasons. From my experience John does have a heart to help if and when he can. Maybe John can learn to come across more compassionate over the phone in instances he cannot help. People will remember that . I hate to see a mans livelihood be affected in a negative way because of negative reviews when it could be avoided. Never burn a bridge. We never know when we may need to cross it. We need the trades men and women and they need us. I am not a friend or relative of anyone affiliated with Four Seasons. Peace
