It was well worth the research. I called and a left a message and received a returned call immediately. I spoke with Brian the owner and explained the issues and situation, he was patient, and respectful, with excellent customer service. Brain scheduled a certain time to send Jim his technician out the same day. GREAT! Jim called thirty minutes before arrival time to let us know that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he introduced himself; I explained as best as I could and showed him our air conditioner. Jim examined the air conditioner and was very explicit with pointing out each detail what the problems were. I could see that it was (TWO MANY). I can confidently say this company met our expectations with their attention to detail and commitment to QUALITY and VALUE. We met Brian the owner in person, who reiterated about the history of the small company he owns, which we had already read. Brian the owner delivered exactly what was promised the same day. The quality, service, VALUE, and the overall experience has made us happy. (HINT) from experience, we learned that larger companies with their fleet of vehicles to service the public isn't always the best. Since Monday September 15 (Monday) we had no AC and our houses temperature reached a ridiculous temperature of 89. I called Patrick Taylor from Taylor AC and I told him about my issues. I told him I was just looking for estimates and if he does them for free which he replied YES. He said he could be out there and look at what I had. I received his estimate that night and told him that I would like his assistance in getting me a new AC. On Wednesday the equipment was dropped of at his company and he said he will be here today to install it (Thursday). I was super pleased because I thought it was going to be another week but it was the next day. His team got here and went right to work. They were incredible and fast and efficient on getting us comfortable again. After a couple of hours we noticed our temperature dropping from 89 to about 80 and could feel the difference. What I liked most about the company that if they didn't like or how it looked they went back and fixed it. They were very picky on how they were making my AC look. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has AC issues. I could ramble on but he and his team have no idea of how I feel about them and their work. Blake called within minutes after our call ended with the answering service to come out for an after-hours service call. He came out a little after 12:30 am to help us for a minimal charge. He didn't have the part we needed, but he was able to keep it going until he could come back later in the day to install the part. Blake was professional, friendly and efficient getting the work done. The price for the part and service was very reasonable. We appreciated his honesty and not trying to upsell us a new unit. We do not regret using Emeral Air and we would recommend you to consider them for your HVAC work. From the first call to the completion of the job, the company and staff were fantastic!

They dropped the ball and thought it had been repaired however,no one had been over to fix it. They did come out really quickly to fix it but while fixing the initial repairs they found a capacitor needed to be changed. The capacitor costed us an additional $250. As I was surprised of the cost, I did some research on the cost of the three parts, it was about $400 (for all three parts) on the high end. We paid almost $1500. Mill's does great work but get ready to PAY DEARLY!

The most expensive capacitor I could find on line was $54; I'm sure the one they replaced on my unit would be around $15. I called the company and they told me 'Labor' was only covered for one year. So I'm being charged about $350 for them to replace a $15 capacitor. They never sent me a bill; this is my rental unit in Navarre and they charged me another $11.36 in late fees for a bill I never received. Unacceptable!
