I called Four Seasons September 30th 2020 after calling many others to no avail either due to being out of business or too busy . I read the reviews before I called so I was prepared. John is a no nonsense man with a dry personality. A person just has to know how to take him and realize he does not want to waste his and others time. John answered the phone and told me no he could not help me . After a few minutes he called me back and said that he would. He showed up quickly, completed his task and he was nice to my animals. His charge was more than reasonable and he helped me tremendously. If anyone needs an electrician I recommend calling Four Seasons. From my experience John does have a heart to help if and when he can. Maybe John can learn to come across more compassionate over the phone in instances he cannot help. People will remember that . I hate to see a mans livelihood be affected in a negative way because of negative reviews when it could be avoided. Never burn a bridge. We never know when we may need to cross it. We had this company come out and put on a 30amp outlet for our RV and a separate outlet for our spa. They were very professional and did an awesome job, Jon was so nice the first time. We are having our bathroom remodeled, called the company again to come out to give a quote, Jon was very RUDE and unprofessional from the first phones call. He called back about 2 hrs later and said he would come out to give us a quote after telling us he would not do the work that they were 6 weeks out and the moment he arrived to give a quote, he was as rude as anything and then when my wife started to ask questions, he said he was unable to do the work and walked out. This team is quick, professional, and fun. John, the owner, came out for an estimate--he's a no-BS kind of guy, straight to the point--and less expensive than every other estimate. I called and spoke with "John". I explained I needed an electrician because my homeowners warranty company couldn't find one due to the pandemic. I let him know that he would have to call my homeowners warranty company prior to let them know he was licensed and insured. He said he "wasn't interested in doing business with out-of-state companies". I explained that he would be doing business for me, but that he just needed to confirm that he was licensed and insured to the warranty company so I could get reimbursed for the services. And again in a rude tone he said "ma'am I'm not interested in doing business with an out-of-state company, what is it that you do not understand". I was flabbergasted that a business owner could be so rude. I told him I would be sure to leave a review about how rude he was and hung up. He called me back and left a voicemail saying "he has the right to refuse service to anybody he wants". He said when I write my review or go on FB to be sure that I am loosely about what I say so he can hire an attorney. He said I threatened him but I have the voicemail of his threat to hire an attorney. I'm in shock that anybody would speak to a potential customer in this way. Not to mention a lady. Disrespectful and rude is a complete understatement. I know Todd Copeland and he's a great guy and I'm so shocked he would work for someone like this. I called them because they did electrical work on our newly built detached garage 9 years ago. Stated I would like 5 new receptacles in our 1950's home. They still had our address in computer, but John Goddard was headed to Shalimar instead of FWB. Response time was good, but when John Goddard arrived he seemed to be in a hurry. We discussed/ showed him the rooms for new receptacles. He said he would have to go into attic to look at existing wiring. When we got to the location of the last place for a receptacle he said "I can't do the work and that he was leaving." Walked from the back bedroom so fast we didn't get a chance to respond to his comment or walk him to the front door. Very odd and totally rude! Not a professional way to act towards customers. We all know that feeling that comes with having to make a phone call to have someone come and do work on either a house or a car or any type of repair. Usually, I find myself looking for the company with the smallest track record of causing customers to pull out their hair. However, these guys left me knowing that any other electrical work that I need done will be quickly and expertly by them. I called them up and told them the issue and was told that their guys were currently out on the job but I would get a call back. I said as long as I got a 30 minute notice I could be available at the house. About 45 minutes later I got a call and they were there 30 minutes after that. They were able to quickly solve the issue and also took the time to take care of a nagging issue I had to guess which switch to turn on and which switch to turn off to turn on a hallway light. That second issue was completely impromptu and just part of random conversation. Their prices we're great and there was Zero hassle. Explained that to the man that answered the phone (assuming it was the owner) and he interrupted me and said "I don't get involved in real estate deals." I explained that we are no longer in a real estate deal and that I also wanted to get a quote on a kitchen remodel. He interrupted again and said "You obviously can't hear me. I. AM. NOT. INTERESTED. IN. YOUR. BUSINESS." He then hung up. I was in shock. How is this guy even still in business? Come to find out the house was already plummed for what I needed and John wouldn't accept payment for coming out. He advised me on what to do and went above and beyond.
