I understand that the job took 2 hours @ $160.00 an hour... but was reported to me that the technician left my house the job site twice to go get parts for the job and mind you my house is 0.03 miles for the job warehouse. So $320.00 in labor and another $80 in parts? For a hose Bib? And two couplings? But to my surprise looking up the job it says the average cost can be between $150 to $450 to remove and replace, so I guess my only real issue of concern is that this company while doing good work doesn't give you a good invoice breakdown. And then leaving the job work site a little messy! And then I will now need to hire a siding person to repair the siding. In closing I really think it's a good idea to let your clients know exactly what they are paying for and if you leave to job for any reason to go get any and all extra parts it should not be at their expense.

Maverick was the only septic service that called me back. One other messaged for me to call them. The other never responded. What was great was Rachel scheduled me for today at 10 AM and Jason arrived promptly! I went outside, met him as my husband had a small conversation with him, and by the time I was done with a morning meeting, my husband paid him and he was gone. Five stars for Paradise Home Services. The scheduler listened patiently while I vented about the last HVAC crew who botched our system--she cared, and it showed. Then Jordan showed up: technically proficient, no-nonsense veteran with zero fake charm or used-car-salesman tactics. He diagnosed everything spot-on, explained what those other techs had messed up, and shared their clear pricing--a part I'd paid four-hundred-sixteen dollars for? They do it for one-eighty-five. He also made it clear his company isn't about high-pressure sales--they own it if they ever mess up. By the end of the day, he had a detailed estimate of what it would take to correctly fix my system. I haven't actually ordered the services from this company, but the driving on the roads of Pensacola, absolutely ridiculous, number 208 is the Vin number, it is 07/08/2026 at 12:40 PM, y'all really need to retrain your drivers on the roads, not only that he block a whole turn lane also decided the back up almost into my company Vehicle, knowing full and well, there was not enough space to back up because he pulled into an intersection making it look like he was going to do a U-turn and then while driving opened his door instead of rolling down a window to flick cigarettes, ashes out, y'all really need to be more careful of who you're hiring this is not a good luck on a company at all read more

I found a baseball sized hole on one of my bedroom walls, which was adjacent to the hot water heaterin the garage. Complete with soaked insulation and mold. I contacted several local companies, but Paradise Home Services set up an immediate appt. For the same day and came out and replaced the hot water heater the very next day. On the 3rd day, they started treating the mold, after opening up the drywall. On the 4th day, they will come back and close the wall, after letting the wall cure. They are fast efficient and reliable. The estament was exactly what I was quoted and I am highly pleased w their service. Thank you guys, job well done!! read more

This company went above and beyond for me. Did a great job on the split unit for my garage. They insulated my garage and put two vents in. They also came back out free of charge to help me figure out what I was doing wrong with the split unit set upand using the remote control. Also, one of the guys that came out, taught me how to put cleaner in my home unit to keep it maintained, and even gave me some that he had free of charge. Really good company and good employees. Before he left I asked him if he could turn the w h temp down and said he would have to go down to his truck to get a screw driver( we are in a high rise) I was surprised he would make a service call without tools. When he came back it took about 3 minutes to adjust the temp and 1 minute to give me a bill for $148 to be paid in cash or pay a service fee for using a credit card.(another service fee and $100 for a 2 minute turn of the screw driver. All in all, I was left with the feeling that I was totally screwed.

So I decided to do some YouTubeing and learn how to clean my filter, pop the top and the septic is fill to the top! So im thinking have i been scammed?. So i called and the guy says thier work isnt guarantee. And i would have to pay for their return. I wouldnt use this company if you do i would make sure they actually service your septic and don't place a bandaid over it.
