My tankless water heater that's only about five years old was leaking. It was like a slow leak, but…read moreit was in my garage closet. I thought it could be something quickly fixed, but it turned out that the entire unit needed replacing. They were able to get out the very next day in the morning. The plumber, Austin was very nice and thorough. He was great at explaining his recommendations and the differences in the brands. He also was knowledgeable about the various warranties for the tankless water heaters as well as his service. I found him to be friendly and timely. He also provided great communication in regards to when he could obtain the recommended tankless water heater and when he would be out to install it the next day. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and my interaction with Austin. He was very helpful in helping me move some items. He also left the work area cleaned and disposed of the old water heater. The old water heater installation was very unorganized so he did put the pipes and everything back on the wall and left them better than they were before. It took him about two hours to install the new tankless water heater.
