He was brilliant in testing all components to determine the culprit, instead of simply replacing the typical offending part one at a time until the unit was repaired. In addition, he did not charge until I actually needed a repair, not the simple call service fee. Do not go any further than superior, and especially use them if you have a problem that may be complex. There is no smarter, more honest, or reliable tech out there.

There are some companies, who for me, become the Gold Standard. They met that bar. This is going to be long, because I'm going to describe how they met that bar. I had a full AC replacement yesterday, Bosch 3T, complete with 'Air Scrubber' and full duct cleaning. I had a major repair done last year, which bought me time to become ready. So, I've known for a while it was nearing time. (Can't complain. The Carrier unit that came out was put in service in 2004. It was definitely time. ) It's the season. While I had already been working on following up on a decided on estimate, my carrier decided it was on its last leg, struggling to keep up w even 75 outside. Ok, time. She went belly up. Yup. And my planned on guy was already getting backed up w jobs. So, I called Rob, for a '2nd opinion '. His schedule was getting full too. Even so, he offered to come by, after routine business hours. I def agreed, knowing it was time. He and Austin cane by at 7pm. We discussed different units, including the one I had decided on. I said convince me, why should I do xxx instead. He knew his stuff, strongly. The warranty on that one sold me. We agreed, contracted, deposit paid. This was Tues a week ago. Then I ended up changing my mind, wanted the bosch that I got. Called him Thursday. We were scheduled for the install Fri, the next day. We discussed, I decided on the Bosch, and he had rework to do. Cancel the purchase he had made, obtain the Bosch. This man, didn't bat an eye. He clearly stated that the most important thing was that I would be satisfied with the decision. We made the change, one part was out of area, could get here by this past Tues. We scheduled it for Wed, yesterday. That part mattered to me a lot. Above and Beyond Customer Service. During the estimate, he said 'here is the upsell, if interested' .We discussed the duct cleaning. I had been thinking about that anyway, especially since my lungs are compromised. I appreciated the labeling it for what it was, offered, with no pressure, no misrepresentation. That, to me, goes to integrity and again, good old fashioned true Customer Service. We also had discussed the different types of installed air scrubber/ purifier. They arrived earlier than expected, Rob worked inside, Austin outside, and John, throughout the house, attic for the ducts work. They kept me fully informed on estimates, arrivals, and really any question I had. Thank You Guys! Because my lungs are compromised, and I get short of breath on exertion, they moved a few things out of the way to allow for entry and exits. I have 2 dogs (kept them on leash for the duration. All 3 were kind to my pups too. Again, above and beyond. Of course, cleared the mess. So, there ya have it. Wonderful Customer Service, of course expert skill, personable, professional, genuine and fair priced. The full package. Not always available these days. I would Absolutely do business with them again, and highly recommend them to dear friends. Thanks guys!!

I have been using Roger at Air Conditioning One for several years to make small repairs to my unit…read more Eventually, it made more sense to replace the unit than to keep making repairs on old, worn-out system. Roger rearranged his schedule to change out the unit during our availability so that my wife and baby would not have to wait in the heat. He even was willing to work on a Saturday if needed. He arrived on time and got the job done faster than anticipated. I think it took him an employee less than 3 hours to change out both the inside and outside units. The air in my house is blowing colder than it ever has. I was completely satisfied with the job he did as well as the price and I will continue to use him in the furfure.

Just decided it was time to replace the AC unit, heat pump, and all lines in our Florida home. The…read morecurrent unit is over 25 years old and starting to nickel and dime us with repairs, (capacitor $50, freon refill $250) and the increased efficiency, (lower electric bills) and the fact that the new 2 1/2 ton unit will be about one third as noisy........it's time. Roger offered me two prices, one for a Bryant unit, and a lesser costing option, a Brohn brand name for $500 less. His installation timing is less than a week out, should be done this coming Friday. After doing research, the only way I can go cheaper is if I hire individuals with no established business, non licensed. It may be for some but that's not the way for me to go because if there are issues with operation, 10 year warranty work is not always available or possible. A licensed heat and air company will have insurance (in case they accidentally burn your house down) and warranty work will always be an option (10 years) the savings of $700 is just not worth it. Roger explained everything and was available for and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed to or voice any concerns. After initial contact and discussion Roger was not pushy and gave me adequate time to make a decision and do research. I was quoted as much as $2,000 more by other companies for exact and similar units. Be forewarned, shop around. I'll do another update once unit is installed, has run a while, and I get over that chunk of money it took to replace the unit.
