I had a brand-new home built and within the first year, I had to contact them seven or eight times. That alone should tell you something. One of the key issues was a leak under the unit. When they came out, they barely looked at it and claimed the pipe was just "sweating." Their solution? Tape it. A two-minute fix that did nothing long-term. A year later, I checked the same spot--still wet. Clearly, the issue was never properly addressed. When I followed up, I was told, "We only cover the first year," and that they no longer service it. On top of that, I was told I shouldn't use pleated filters, which seemed like just another excuse to avoid responsibility. Every interaction felt like a runaround to avoid owning the problem. The tone from their staff was unhelpful, even rude at times. It was made very clear they had no interest in helping resolve an issue that was present from the beginning. Be cautious. I'm sure they'll respond here with some blanket statement about how they followed protocol--but just know that in my case (and clearly others), they did the bare minimum and washed their hands of the problem the moment they could. Avoid this company if you want real support and service.

But about 6:30pm, Mr. Wade calls me and asks what the horsepower on the inside unit was on the label.
