The energy audit was a true awakening on how leaky our home was. Chuck didn't just wow us with numbers, he showed us with in home physical tests that clearly showed how the air was flowing in our home. Chuck and his team were very patient with us and our children. Our kids are very curious! The techs took the time to show the kids what they were doing and why they were doing this. Prior to the new ac install, anytime we would leave our home for an extended period we would come back to an awful smell in the house. I tried for three years to find the source. I think what he was really charging me $90/hour for was stripping the vehicle of anything of value he could remove easily (including pure sine wave inverters, The batteries and wiring, switches and relays, etc. - I guess anything he knew he could sell to another client. In the meantime the buyer that flew in from Pennsylvania who had sent a $2,500 deposit (this was a sure sale) passed on this vehicle he loved because there was now no way of starting the RV so he could drive ti back. It ran fine when it was driven to Jimmy. Jimmy must have heard about the deposit because that is what he charged me for "the work" he did. There are too many details and evidence to include here but all that paper and text trail was enough to convince American Express to take back every penny from him, which he never disputed. Do you think if he was an honest craftsman he would have just ignored that kind of action from Amex? Their evaluation is proof of his guilt no matter what story he makes up in response to this. All I can say is you are a lot smarter than me because you checked reviews before you hired him. I foolishly didn't. Thank God for your foresight because of Jimmy I lost over $17,000 and had to sell the vehicle like it was scrap just to get rid of it because I moved overseas. Please beware of this low life con artist. There are many other negative reviews. I'm not the only one.

I told her it was not that dire and sometime in the next day or two would be fine. We arranged a 0830 appointment for the following day, Anthony arrived on time, was able to assess the situation and performed the needed maintenance and my system and running in no time. Pensacola Heating and Air are my HVAC folks, they do great work, they do it for a reasonable price, and they treat their customers as if they were servicing a family member. I really don't know what else I could ask for. I am on a service plan with Pensacola Hearing and Air. They have always taken good care of me in the past and I know they will in years to come.

I ponied up A LOT of money. They came out and did the job. only the next morning it was still dripping. I get sometimes things happen. I call them, they come back out 2 days after installation and take pictures figure out the issue and Trevor tells me some one will be out tomorrow or next day to fix the issue. NO SHOW. (I am told some one did come at 9pm one evening, but were calling wrong number) So this crap goes on for 2 whole weeks, guys showing up unannounced or cancelling when they were supposed to show up. I was told several times, that they had other jobs they were doing and couldn't get to mine, which was already paid in full for. Finally after 2 whole weeks the owner shows up and looks at it and sends the guys the next day to fix it. 1 Hour does have a drywall repair guy come out and fix the ceiling, but I am still waiting for them to clean the carpet from where the ceiling was dripping. Within 20 minutes I heard from One Hour. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Trevor showed up on time and was both highly professional and extremely pleasant. Working with him was delightful. After multiple areas of troubleshooting he found the power wires cords to the compressor were essentially melted( lightning strike perhaps). Could not be repaired and required replacement. Trevor discussed multiple options and we found a good system at a reasonable price. The real silver lining was they offered to come out on Sunday to do the job. The install crew( and I am embarrassed I can't recall their names) were just as professional and easy going. By 6:00 PM on Sunday it was all up and running and the wife and the dogs were much happier. I couldn't recommend One Hour more highly. Thanks for making an awful situation bearable
