We recently used Anytime Plumber again. This time for a new water heater installation, and once again they exceeded our expectations. Because we had used their services in the past, we knew we were in good hands. It only took a quick phone call to schedule an estimate, and JD was out within a day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the assessment. He explained that our previous water heater, which appeared to have been installed by a homeowner about 17 years ago, was missing several important safety features and updates. JD returned for the installation and called before arriving--he even arrived early! He worked efficiently and made sure the new installation would meet current safety standards and pass inspection requirements for our homeowners insurance. Before leaving, JD took the time to walk my husband and me through all the new features. We were impressed to learn about the water alarm that alerts us to leaks in the drain pan, the easy-to-use water shutoff handle, and other safety improvements. He even tested the hot water temperature inside the house to make sure everything was working properly before he left. The entire experience was professional, informative, and stress-free. Cameron, who represented himself as a general manager, agreed in writing to make it right (see his text message). The person he sent out just argued with us instead of replacing as promised, and they are now refusing to replace, despite Cameron's promise. read more

In Feb/march I was having to renew my home owner policy , so to prepare I called anytime plumbing to fix a toilet leak in hall bath , a electriction ,a second plumber for master, and tree trimmer . my inspector came late in march did his part it was only then that I notice my guest toliet was really side ways .i called anytime plumber they sent someone out (the exact same man) , however he didmy remember coming to my home. they should me pictures from October where work was done said they never came in February felt crazy in my head They even showed me October billing and no records for Feb. I would've just counted as a senior moment but something retold me I was not that crazy . I drop the issue let them win . They don't stand by their word. We had a clogged toilet and we told the technician on the phone that they would have to get on the roof to take care of it, we knew this because we have used Anytime Plumber for years and this is what they've always done. The technician even looked up our history and confirmed that they would have to get on the roof. He gave us a price of $283, but when another tech came out, we were charged $385. They said the extra money was because they had to get on the roof. I called the manager and explained that they knew they were getting on the roof when they came out. The manager said we given incorrect information and a wrong quote. They refused to stand by the original quote. I am a senior citizen and they gave me a 5% discount and the manager said that was all they were going to do Ripping off the elderly is a pretty low thing to do. We have always used Anytime Plumber and they were honest and professional. I don't know what's changed, but we won't use them again. Stay away from them, especially if you're elderly because we're easy prey for companies like this. One on a positive note, the technician who came out did a good job so I'm giving one star. read more

We called for a plumbing problem of a copper drain pipe leaking under the sink. Gave us a $1000 estimate and wanted to knock out the brick wall to repair it (brick replacement not included by the way). We knew something was wrong when the plumber said he would have to knock out the wall to get a wrench on it. You don't need a wrench for copper pipe. Husband knocked out a little plaster from around the hole the pipe was coming out of and repaired the pipe with about $30 in materials. Wish we had never spent $150 for an estimate. All I can figure is the other reviews were written by people who work in their office or family and friends. read more

Called Anytime Plumber on the weekend for my restaurant. Charged 200 dollars for inspection and 300 dollars an hour for work. To access the pipes, the metal sheets covering the pipes were removed with the expectations of that being repaired. Temporary solution for the leakage utilized plastic, which will melt under the heat in the kitchen. So 800 dollars for a temporary solution and damage kitchen equipment. In the end, we solved the problems ourselves with minimal costs. Even if this is the weekend emergency rate, at least fix the issue! Another appointment have to be reschedule at normal price to make the solution more permanent is just ridiculous. read more

I had a hot water leak from my bathroom sink. I tried to fix it myself which turned into having to shut the water off to the house. I called anytime and they had someone out in an hour. JD came to the rescue and he came in and helped us out. I knew it was going to be expensive but I talked with JD and told him my money range and he gave it to me straight. Told me what he could do and couldn't do. He definitely helped me feel better about everything and his work is awesome. He did a great job with the repair that only took about an hour and before I knew it I was showering again. Anytime is a great service, but JD is where this company shines. My mom called Anytime Plumber to help with some blocked sewer lines. They sent J.R. out to work on the lines. For whatever he did, it has unleashed a total infestation of sewer mites THROUGHOUT her house. She notified Anytime to ask what to do and they said to spray Apple Cider vinegar. It is now the end of April and she has had her house sprayed twice by an exterminator and STILL HAS THE INFESTATION. Anytime refuses to assume any responsibility to help my Mother. She is 83 years old and this has become all consuming not to mention that they bite her and her dog. Please know before hiring this company, that you are on your own and they assume NO RESPONSIBILITY on their part, no help whatsoever but sure didn't mind cashing the check! read more

Fast service but you better be prepared to pay top dollar and then some. Quoted me $600 to replace a kutchen facet and disposal at a rental house. Stated they did "mark up" parts so I could buy my own and just pay $109 hr labor charge. Said I would buy my own parts (around $189), but still had to pay $100 fir their trip out to "diagnose" problem...even though I told them on phone it was leaky facet and bad disposal!!! Way overpriced!! About double what jib was worth. Will not use again. read more

CALL SOMEONE ELSE. They obviously do not care about getting the job done right the FIRST time. I called them to come out to clear a main line stoppage and they claimed they fixed the problem. They charge $300/hr regardless of the problem. Two weeks later I am still experiencing the same problems and they are saying that its MY fault and they cant guarantee anything past two weeks.
