In addition, I was charged $57,000 to install the plumbing. I did not discover this until I was finally able to get a list of costs from my. Another local plumbing company came out during an emergency plumbing issue at our business. While here, they did a camera scope of the pipes to determine what the problem was since it was reoccurring. The company found there was a root that broke a pipe. The diagnostic and repair that day cost about $1k. That company also wrote up a quote about what needed to be fixed, stating 20 ft of concrete would have to be torn up in the process, and stating the repair would be almost $8,000.00. We called Aggressive Plumbing for a second quote. Josh and Wesley were so kind and helpful. They were genuine and wanted to help our small non-profit the best they could with honesty and results that would help. Josh and Wesley completed the job for $1,800.00 vs the $8k we were quoted. Also, the concrete did not have to be removed at all to complete the repair. Aggressive Plumbing just got several new customers from this wonderful service experience. read more

Plus they supported the pipe with my electrical wiring! It could've started a fire! They gave me a partial refund when I went to the office and showed the owner these pictures. read more

My family and I have had a long term work relationship with Aggressive plumbing (going back to the original owners in the 70's). I showed them preference and customer loyalty since my Father passed away 7 years ago. We live in a modest 3-BR 60 y.o. 1000sqft house (not too far from section 8 housing). I've been renovating this house for awhile. I upgraded to a tankless water heater. I had Aggressive to install it in summer of 2021. I believed they were giving me best value at the time. I may have paid more for it then I could have competed. I relied on trust. I give them several small projects which I thought were very costly. Over $500 just to crimp a line to the old refrigerator and replace 30-year-old faucet and spigot new version of original hardware (no major installation). Again, I thought that was overpriced and it was also done in 2021. The house hasn't been continually occupied since 2015. Recently Aggressive asked to schedule maintenance to the tankless system. They charged over $300 and there was no sediment in tank, no significant difference in cleaning the tank with an acidic solution and drain. They sent 2 people half hour to 45 minute job. Previously, I'd asked for a Veteran's discount (since I'm medically retired military and a disabled veteran). Despite all the work that I've given them; I had to negotiate to get a small discount (less than $20). In addition, gave them opportunity to help me remodel the small half bathroom. Again, it was a small job (install a basin). (The toilet and the shower were installed by another contractor). Aggressive didn't want to assist; citing "its another contractors work". (I didn't have the materials and the sink basin at the time to install the basin). It wasn't a big deal. Several weeks ago, I asked if they could look at small kitchen remodel. The technician/estimator came out was Tim Wentzel. He informed me they wouldn't do that kind of work. So I wasted my time which I planned in advance traveling there from out of state. Poor communication with the office. I asked Mr. Wenzel, who is Aggressive quality control? He said "he was". I had previously talked to the office beforehand about a small leak from the shower fixture that Aggressive replaced in 2021. Mr. Wenzel didn't know anything about the conversation I had with the estimator/manager etc. As I was explaining to Mr. Wenzel about the small leak; he immediately began using a condescending tone in my house, staying that "it's going to leak if it's not used"! Perhaps, but I informed him directly, that he can just leave. Then he proceeds to tell me he didn't like my attitude; (again in my house). I've never had a problem with ethical contractors. Satisfactory paid all my invoices on receipt of services. I've put up with overcharging, I put up with sloppy rework. But I'm not going to tolerate somebody being a bully at my house. Henceforth, they should call this company; "passive aggressive plumbers". They will not get my repeat business! read more

There is no reason to look any further than Aggressive Plumbing for your plumbing needs. This company defines integrity. About 6 years ago, they installed a tankless water heater, which was working perfectly until 2 weeks ago, when the unit no longer delivered hot water consistently. On the first service call, they inspected the unit and did some routine maintenance but the issue remained. They suspected that the cause might actually be related to the gas line itself. The following day was a Saturday, and the owner himself showed up. He had suspected that there was an issue with the gas supply, and had already alerted the gas company that they would most likely be needed. He was correct and the gas company arrived promptly to inspect the gas meter and the supply line. They determine that there was a crack in the gas pipeline leading to the meter. They planned to return the next day to do the repairs. Anticipating any possible glitches, the owner provided me with the number to the gas company, just in case I needed to contact them. Indeed, the gas company did not show up for 2 days and I needed to call the gas company to remind them of the unfinished job. Once the gas company completed the replacement of the pipeline to my house, the plumbers returned to inspect the unit and purge any residual air and debris. The unit was not functioning optimally, and rather than accept mediocre performance, they called the manufacturer of the tankless water heater for advanced troubleshooting. They did not leave until the unit was functioning perfectly. I am absolutely blown away with the professionalism, the technical expertise and anticipation of events displayed by this company. They are clearly experts and they truly value their customers. Throughout this whole process, they were in constant communication. I had no doubt that they were committed to solving the problem. Aggressive Plumbing is a top-notch company. Based on my history with them, I would be insane to hire any other plumbing company. read more

He came to the rescue and repaired a broken water main at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning. The job was intense, and he worked HARD to get access to the problem. I called Aggressive Plumbing by Robert after going through the BBB's lists. Even though they are not accredited by the BBB, I thought at least they've got good reviews. I called to schedule an estimate for our shower leak and a faucet leak and possibly replace them. But because I wasn't sure what kind of faucet I ought to get so that it would fit right on my sink, I asked the lady and after talking to one of the plumbers in the office, she told me just save all my questions for the appointment. A day before the appointment, I also asked them some questions about water filtration system installation. The receptionist told me she would call one of the water guys they use and call me back on the same day, but she didn't. The next day, the plumber showed up and I started showing him the problems we had and asking him questions, here's where all the problems started. First of all, he automatically assumed that our shower leak would call for a cartridge replacement. And I asked him what if that's not the problem. And he said, then I'll just pay $100 for the cartridge and then he'd replace the valve by cutting open the wall! Shouldn't he at least remove the knob and examine what the REAL problem is instead of guessing? In his boss's defense, Robert said his plumber has got 25 years of experience so he didn't have to diagnose. And the second problem was after asking the plumber if he had any experience in installing our water ionizer, he said he'd need to read the manual because he had never done it before. That took him a while and then he went outside my house twice to ask his boss how much he would need to charge me. A well structured company should be transparent about all these, right? And when I asked him about warranty on his work, he said he's not going to be liable for it because he didn't purchase the unit, which makes sense. But if anything has to do with his workmanship, he would come fix it BUT that's only if I'm able to PROVE that the problem(s) are caused by him. After trying to understand their pricing on one or two repairs and/or installing our ionizer and checking with his boss and me calling my husband, the plumber said he only had an hour at my place because he had his next appointments to go to so he had to leave. And I had to pay him $145 just the trip charge which on the same day I found out from THREE licensed, bonded and insured plumbing companies that their trip charges are between $65 and $75!!! I then called the office to describe what had happened, the receptionist was trying to make me see their point of view and wouldn't let me talk so I started raising my voice because at that point, I was just furious. This is not the way to do business at all! She told me if I'm not happy, I can talk to her boss. And his name is Robert and then she hung up! I called back the second time, she simply put me on hold for nearly 15 minutes! Then I finally got a hold of Robert, he simply just agreed with how his employees do things. This company has brought my confidence to the ground about the local businesses here in Florida. Just whole bunch swindlers! read more
