I was also away from the property for an entire week during that time. Based on the actual usage, there is serious reason to question whether the tank was properly emptied at all. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of customer service afterward. I called six times today and once the night before, and every call went to an answering service. Not one call has been returned. A reputable company addresses customer concerns, especially when questions arise immediately after service. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Dangerous company to allow to work on your home. Owner is very unprofessional and does not care…read moreabout the safety of your home or family. They installed our septic system in our newly built home in 2021. The septic still doesn't work correctly. They installed a septic pump incorrectly, did not bring in an electrician to install the electrical of the pump & just did it themselves, out of code, nor did they pull a permit for the electric work. We learned this after having to pay another septic company & electrician to have it installed correctly. Was informed by the electrician we were lucky our home had not burned down due to the poor electric work. We reached out to the company & advised the owner of the work her guys had done & what the electrician said. The owner just laughed & refused to offer any assistance to help correct what had been done. We are so grateful our home didn't burn down due to the poor work but are out over $5000 in repairs so far just to be able to use our bathrooms. I would not use this company at all. I usually do not leave bad reviews but don't want it to happen to anyone else.
