After occupancy we had two drains that leaked, I fixed those, a mixing valve that needed repairs because the beauty ring kept falling out, I fixed that and an outdoor faucet pipe sticking 4 inches past the brick I fixed that, there was supposed to be a lower faucet on the outdoor shower and shut offs they skipped those. Go ahead 4 years later I have a leaking faucet and just need the manufacturer name and model. They say they have no record of every doing the job but would be happy selling me new fixtures. Wtf. This is not the company Vera told us it was. Just a bunch of lies. They got paid, I guess that is where the customer service ends.

Honeybee charged just shy of $5k to install a new water heater that we provided in a different location than the existing water heater and add a recirculation pump. Work took 4 hours (including a trip to Home Depot for PEX connectors). Ended up being almost $1250 per hour for one guy. And we still had to call them back to finish the install correctly. Seems like they use the 'price per job' stance to exploit peoples unfamiliarity with how long it will take to do a job.

Ashley, their phone rep, basically called me a liar because she had no record of them ever fixing the faucet or receiving cash, all while I am looking at the new faucet!! I called when I heard the plumbing making sounds when I turned on my washing machine. I called Emerald Coast Plumbing and Septic and thankfully they were able to come by to inform me of all this the very same day that I called! I wish I had gotten their names, but the electrical guy was so helpful to keep me from complete panic to assure me that the incoming wires are still ok and that my grounding wire on other side of house was fine.
