When you first walk into Liberty's office you are warmly welcomed by the office staff as if you were family. They asked how they may help you. After explaining what you need, an appointment for an estimator is scheduled. The estimator arrives on the day and time scheduled. Within a short period of time a detailed estimate is forwarded to you. If you agree with the estimate, a day and time is scheduled for the electricians to start work. Jerry and Marcus arrived at the scheduled time, introduced themselves are friendly and immediately start working. Upon completion they asked me if I was satisficed, had any questions, cleaned up and thanked me for using Liberty Electric and left. Great people, great service. Awesome company, fair prices, honest work, great results! It was the day before Thanksgiving, and power was out to critical parts of the house. Wasn't a breaker or a tripped GFCI outlet or anything else easy to find on the internet. I called around and most places were unable to come out until the next week, but when I called Liberty, Tim, the owner, came by almost immediately. The receptionist on the phone gave us a description of the vehicle and the name to look out for, so we knew who to expect - a nice touch. Within 20 minutes, he was able to figure out exactly what the problem was (a backstabbed wire from a light switch popped loose when the circuit got overloaded), and got it fixed quickly. He explained how it happened, and gave us tips on how to prevent this from happening again. Liberty relieved a ton of stress and saved Thanksgiving! read more

I had been having several electrical issues and called other so called electric contractors only to have them charge me money without them even trying to solve the issues. A friend suggested Liberty Electric. I called, made an appointment for the following day. Jerry arrived promptly, walked thru the issues w me, explained them throughly to me and started to fix them. I had a fan that was causing part of the problem and he even installed the new ceiling fan I had on hand. My husband died recently , plus I had 2 arm surgeries in January. Great company, that you don't have to sell a kidney for to get quality work. Jerry came out to fix 6 things in our house and give us a quote for wiring our dock. He was here for almost three hours and the charge was less than $300. Jerry and Marcus came out today to repair another item, they showed up on time, did a stellar job, and cleaned up after themselves. I almost hate to review them because I know it will be harder to schedule them in the future, but this company deserves the recognition. He showed up on time which I greatly appreciated because I had to leave work to meet him at my house. Excellent customer service. I wanted to have 6 undercounter lights replaced with LEDs. I called for a free estimate and they came out the next day, on time. I received a quote via email the following day and scheduled the install. I supplied the lights. After the install, one of the lights started to occasionally dim, then back bright. They came out the next workday (after Thanksgiving) and replaced the defective light with another I had purchased - at no charge. Very pleased and would recommend their service. read more

Needed the service breaker at the meter, that supplies the pool pumps breaker panel, replaced. Liberty Electric, from my initial call (Even though they are back up a couple weeks as are all customer based operations, she worked me in inside of 48 hours), proved to be customer oriented, professional, and thorough. Great customer service and pricing. We had an issue with the power between our barn and garage. The contractor was able to figure it out quickly. He made a temporary fix and then came back the following week with the equipment and parts to fix it permanently. The pricing was reasonable and they took payment upon completion of the work.
