However, during our most recent service call, we had a different technician. I was quoted $350 for about two hours of work. The job was completed, and a week later I received a bill for $450. When I called and spoke with the electrical department manager, he told me the technician reported the job took three hours. After hearing this, I checked my Ring camera footage and saw that the technician was only at my house for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I called back and explained this, and the manager did honor the original $350 quote, which I appreciated. What was disappointing is that when I asked what would be done about the technician inaccurately reporting the time, I was told there was nothing they could do. Overall, the company does good work and handled the billing issue fairly in the end, but I recommend customers keep track of the time spent on-site to avoid similar situations. This is just an FYI to make sure you pay close attention to the work being done at your home.
