When they left, I felt like my house could catch fire at any minute. They never checked voltage or current. Just looked at the box and a female who knows nothing about electrical work and showed me a quote on the phone for $8,000. Then said the permit would be $300+ and texted to see if they could pull the permit. They were so eager that I got a second opinion...from an honest company, and the work for what they said was $8,000 is getting done for $350. The biggest red flag was being told that my 3‑year‑old system needed a full coil replacement. The part was under warranty, but Peadon still charged nearly $3,000 for labor. I later learned their maintenance techs earn a percentage of the repair bill, which explains why issues were constantly being identified. A system this new should not require major component replacements, and the constant upselling made me lose trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Peadon.
