Not had to use it yet but, this review is for the sales, install and service thus far and my business dealings with Hual Electric. Josh was my estimator and installer. He's like an avatar/robot. Showed up on time, explained everything to the simplest detail and gave me an estimate that was fair. On schedule, a few days later, he returned and installed the equipment and ensured everything was iaw local electrical code. He rewired everything from the weather-head to the generator itself and everything in between. He ensured the worksite was cleaned up and that I was 100% satisfied and educated on the system. The front office staff was great too. Welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly (especially Jessica O.) Overall: I highly recommend.

On this recent experience, I had a…read morebasic project of getting multiple light switches hooked up for a porch light that I recently bought, I hesitantly tried doing it myself but flaked out after an hour, don't judge me. Anyway, Scapin came to the rescue just a few short days later and took care of it. Initial charge to have them come out was around $125 (I think) plus the cost of labor and a new switch box they had to add on, it came up to $190 total. A bit pricey, but I was happy with the job they did. The payment system could be better. For one you can't pay the workers up front you have to wait on them to mail you the bill, they said they would email me the invoice which I preferred but that email never arrived. They accept credit card but you are responsible for paying the 7% convenience or credit card charge (not sure if that's what they call it). You also have the option to pay them cash in person by driving to the business yourself. The service was good overall, my only complaint was how they handle the billing. Another one, was when I called them to request a quote on a much bigger project, they said they would call me to schedule a visit, but they never called.

When they left, I felt like my house could catch fire at any minute. They never checked voltage or current. Just looked at the box and a female who knows nothing about electrical work and showed me a quote on the phone for $8,000. Then said the permit would be $300+ and texted to see if they could pull the permit. They were so eager that I got a second opinion...from an honest company, and the work for what they said was $8,000 is getting done for $350. They checked voltage/current and did a better inspection than Blue Marlin did. BE CAREFUL OF THESE SCAMMERS. I will be contacting BBB and probably the news.

John is a no nonsense man with a dry personality. A person just has to know how to take him and realize he does not want to waste his and others time. John answered the phone and told me no he could not help me . After a few minutes he called me back and said that he would. He showed up quickly, completed his task and he was nice to my animals. His charge was more than reasonable and he helped me tremendously. If anyone needs an electrician I recommend calling Four Seasons. From my experience John does have a heart to help if and when he can. Maybe John can learn to come across more compassionate over the phone in instances he cannot help. People will remember that .
