Not had to use it yet but, this review is for the sales, install and service thus far and my business dealings with Hual Electric. Josh was my estimator and installer. He's like an avatar/robot. Showed up on time, explained everything to the simplest detail and gave me an estimate that was fair. On schedule, a few days later, he returned and installed the equipment and ensured everything was iaw local electrical code. He rewired everything from the weather-head to the generator itself and everything in between. He ensured the worksite was cleaned up and that I was 100% satisfied and educated on the system. The biggest red flag was being told that my 3‑year‑old system needed a full coil replacement. The part was under warranty, but Peadon still charged nearly $3,000 for labor. I later learned their maintenance techs earn a percentage of the repair bill, which explains why issues were constantly being identified. A system this new should not require major component replacements, and the constant upselling made me lose trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Peadon.

What is so amazing is that 29 years ago, my wife had just given birth, and we contacted them once again on the 4th of July; however, that time our air condition unit went out. If you live in Florida, you already know how hot a home will get without any AC. This company sent a technician out and saw that we had a newborn and was determined not to leave until he had us up and running again. That repair even had the technician in our attic which had to be over 100 degrees at the time and yet, he was not deterred in anyway. What I know about Perdido Heating and Air is that they are a company that CARES about their community and even willing to take time away from their own families on weekends and holidays or in this latest incident, both to ensure those of us in need are helped.
