They got the estimate done quickly and were able to start work the day after and finished in two days. Even prepped it so we can easily add a shower next year too! Both guys that came out were informative, helpful, and professional. Price was fair compared to other estimates too. We'll be using them again for the shower install for sure. 10/10!!

Because we had used their services in the past, we knew we were in good hands. It only took a quick phone call to schedule an estimate, and JD was out within a day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the assessment. He explained that our previous water heater, which appeared to have been installed by a homeowner about 17 years ago, was missing several important safety features and updates. JD returned for the installation and called before arriving--he even arrived early! He worked efficiently and made sure the new installation would meet current safety standards and pass inspection requirements for our homeowners insurance. Before leaving, JD took the time to walk my husband and me through all the new features. We were impressed to learn about the water alarm that alerts us to leaks in the drain pan, the easy-to-use water shutoff handle, and other safety improvements. He even tested the hot water temperature inside the house to make sure everything was working properly before he left. The entire experience was professional, informative, and stress-free. Anytime Plumber will always have our business, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

(you know I'm a germaphobe so this brought me joy). My parent's house uses a septic tank and so do my Airbnbs. I have used a popular service in Pensacola for my Airbnbs, but this January I called and made an appointment for my parents house and the popular company never showed up or called. When I called to "reschedule" I got sent to 3 different numbers as the family has 3 different business all doing the same thing. (Apparently the businesses split, yada yada). The last number I called I got VM, I left a message and they never called me back. So I went to handy-dandy Yelp and put in a request for a quote today. Maverick was the only septic service that called me back. One other messaged for me to call them. The other never responded. What was great was Rachel scheduled me for today at 10 AM and Jason arrived promptly! I went outside, met him as my husband had a small conversation with him, and by the time I was done with a morning meeting, my husband paid him and he was gone. My parents house is much larger than my Airbnbs but the other company seemed to take much longer to do the same job there. I think Maverick has earned 3 new customers! Highly recommend!
