Not only that, they ordered all the parts, 3 super nice guys came out... and my entire system was new within an hour!! I wish I had gotten their names, but the electrical guy was so helpful to keep me from complete panic to assure me that the incoming wires are still ok and that my grounding wire on other side of house was fine. We had to hire a plumber to look at the entire waste system in the house to ensure that it wasn't a separate issue, the camera doesn't lie--P&P did not pump the system, though they did take our money as if they had. When I called P & P back to request a refund, he became belligerent, yelling and using profanity. He hung up on me again.
