I was also away from the property for an entire week during that time. Based on the actual usage, there is serious reason to question whether the tank was properly emptied at all. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of customer service afterward. I called six times today and once the night before, and every call went to an answering service. Not one call has been returned. A reputable company addresses customer concerns, especially when questions arise immediately after service. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Extremely poor communication, questionable service, and zero accountability. Do your research before hiring them.... I would give them a -5

Thankfully, a neighbor recommended S.E. Tradesmen Plumbing and Gas, so I decided to give them a call. After my initial contact, I was informed that a technician would be arriving that afternoon. Ethean from SE Tradesman's Plumbing arrived promptly and provided outstanding and professional service. He was punctual and demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the service. I now consider SE Tradesman's Plumbing my go-to plumber for all future projects. The costs involved were explained and I agreed with the amount. Ethean did a very good job and cleaned up the entire area. He took pictures of the job before and after and once again was very professional and friendly.

I can't say it strongly enough, these guys are crooked and incompetent. FIND ANOTHER SEPTIC SERVICE COMPANY!! After all of that I called them back, offered to have them come out and make it right and he refused, then hung up on me. We had to hire a plumber to look at the entire waste system in the house to ensure that it wasn't a separate issue, the camera doesn't lie--P&P did not pump the system, though they did take our money as if they had. Then I had to hire a reputable company to come out and actually complete the service. They did and now everything works very well. When I called P & P back to request a refund, he became belligerent, yelling and using profanity. He hung up on me again. I am military and was very careful to remain professional and polite throughout this entire exchange. This company is REALLY BAD. STAY AWAY from them. TELL YOUR FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If people ask for a recommendation point them to Yelp so they can be sure to know what they are getting themselves into if they choose to do business with these people. I've never taken the time to write something like this--they are that bad.

(you know I'm a germaphobe so this brought me joy). My parent's house uses a septic tank and so do my Airbnbs. I have used a popular service in Pensacola for my Airbnbs, but this January I called and made an appointment for my parents house and the popular company never showed up or called. When I called to "reschedule" I got sent to 3 different numbers as the family has 3 different business all doing the same thing. (Apparently the businesses split, yada yada). The last number I called I got VM, I left a message and they never called me back. So I went to handy-dandy Yelp and put in a request for a quote today. Maverick was the only septic service that called me back. One other messaged for me to call them. The other never responded. What was great was Rachel scheduled me for today at 10 AM and Jason arrived promptly! I went outside, met him as my husband had a small conversation with him, and by the time I was done with a morning meeting, my husband paid him and he was gone. My parents house is much larger than my Airbnbs but the other company seemed to take much longer to do the same job there. I think Maverick has earned 3 new customers! Highly recommend!

Obviously First American Home warranty should take some of the blame. Plumber offered to come fix issue with Plumbing, but I have a different contractor on job at this point who warranty company reassigned. I had to purchase the parts and new contractor is installing them. Seems that warranty company thought they would buy out coverage for three times less than parts cost. Both contractors stated they are doing labor for free. I just want my issue fixed. Issue Winds up costing me $95 service fee and parts at $271. This total $366 plus the annual fee of having home warranty that i have only used once this yearly cycle witch end next month. I definitely will not be renewing membership agian for sure! Bottom line Heburt Plumbing didn't communicate with me and warranty company misleading information to Heburt Plumbing saying job was a pay out was the problem.
