What is so amazing is that 29 years ago, my wife had just given birth, and we contacted them once again on the 4th of July; however, that time our air condition unit went out. That repair even had the technician in our attic which had to be over 100 degrees at the time and yet, he was not deterred in anyway. The biggest red flag was being told that my 3‑year‑old system needed a full coil replacement. The part was under warranty, but Peadon still charged nearly $3,000 for labor. I later learned their maintenance techs earn a percentage of the repair bill, which explains why issues were constantly being identified. A system this new should not require major component replacements, and the constant upselling made me lose trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Peadon.
